Exzellentes Hotel in sehr guter und verkehrsgünstiger Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet und verfügt über exzellente, freundliche und professionelle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
Die Restaurants und Bars bieten sehr gut Speisen und Getränken an.
Insbesondere die Rooftop Bar. Aurora ist eine Institution in Wien.

Hotel je perfektní, designový, opravdu nádherný

Cons:

Již v září jsem komunikovala s recepci ohledně rezervace Šťedrovečerní večeře v restauraci hotelu. Bylo mi potvrzeno, ale při příjezdu mi bylo na dotaz, zda platí večeře 24.12., řečeno, že mají plno a večeři jsme si museli objednat na pokoj. To mě velmi mrzelo a zarazilo, jak to, že 3 měsíce dopředu objednám stůl a pak mi řeknou, že není. Přesto, že mi na tom velmi záleželo. To byla jediná velká nepříjemnost.

Verdient die 5 Sterne nicht , zumindest habe ich diese nicht erkannt .
Pros:

Die Begrüßung, der Stil , die rooftop bar ( Cocktail Karte könnte etwas vielfältiger sein )

Cons:

Das Bett ist unbequem , man kann niemanden vom Zimmer aus erreichen ( wollte ein kleines Frühstück bestellen) , das Essen im Eugen21 ist sehr mittelmäßig ( Schaut gut aus , aber geschmacklich leider nicht so )

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel! Everything was simply superb! The room, the food, the breakfast, the SPA, the cleanliness, and the staff. Simply fantastic.
