Modern hotel, nice rooms, plenty of lighting options. Location a 5 mins walk from hbf in Wien is superb. Breakfast is very good

Beautiful room and facilities but the customer service did not live up to the expectation of a 5 star hotel.

Cons:

Limited room service offering. Hotel promised 24/7 room service but was advised no stock available on most nights. They didn’t even have stock of beers to sell when asked.
We stayed there for 5 nights during the world cup and the only sports channels were not working in the rooms and the hotel didn’t have any other TV showing the world cup in the entire building. This was pretty disappointing.

Pros:

Wspaniałe śniadanie, jedno z najlepszych jakie kiedykolwiek zdarzyło mi się widzieć - rewelacyjnie zaplanowane, wszystko jest, wszystko świetnej jakości, ale ilość nie kojarzy się z marnotrawstwem - absolutny majstersztyk, piękny klimatyczny pokój i świetny widok z pokoju oraz fenomenalna obsługa. Na koniec pobytu okazało się, że nie musimy dopłacać za parking i ładowarkę. Jeśli wrócę do Wiednia to na pewno wrócę tu :)
