Das Frühstück war gut und Internet auch so.
Die Zimmer, die uns um 15:00 Uhr zur Verfügung gestellt werden sollten, wurden uns erst gegen 17:30 Uhr übergeben. Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht, konnten jedoch nur eines davon gegen 15:20 Uhr beziehen. Dadurch mussten zwei Familien zunächst in einem einzigen Zimmer warten.
Besonders schwierig war die Situation, weil wir mit unseren dreijährigen Zwillingen unterwegs waren und nach einer langen Reise dringend Ruhe und Erholung gebraucht hätten. Durch diese Verzögerung hat es sich erheblich hinausgezögert, bis wir uns endlich ausruhen konnten.
Mein Mann und ich finden, dass eine solche Verzögerung einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht gerecht wird. Wir hätten einen deutlich besseren und professionelleren Service erwartet.
Śniadanie - bajka. Na prawdę. Dużo podróżuję i mogę porównywać. Najlepsze śniadanie za ostanie parę lat mojego pobytu w różnych hotelach. Pokoje duże i nowoczesne. Łóżko wygodne. Czysto. Obok - dworzec kolejowy, ale pociągów nie słychać. Okna do samej podłogi również dodają uroku. Elektrycznie sterowane rolety zewnętrzne sporo dają w słoneczny dzień. Generalnie - to jest hotel do którego chcę się wracać.
Mam mieszane uczucie co do personelu. W trakcie zameldowanie wszystko było zrobione szybko, sprawnie, zwięźle. Inaczej mówiąc - fachowo. Od razu zapłaciłem za pobyt, podałem dane do faktury, dostałem potwierdzenie płatności. Jednak że przy wymeldowaniu próbowano mnie obciążyć dwukrotnie za już zapłacony pokój. Pomogło potwierdzenie zapłaty, które dostałem w trakcie zameldowania. Również dostałem fakturę na osobę fizyczną, a nie na firmę, jak było obiecano wcześniej. Moim zdaniem przyczyna - niedouczony młody pracownik na recepcji. Więcej uwag nie mam. Reszta - jak najbardziej w porządku a nawet lepiej.

Staffing (number) on front desk could be better as experienced delays here a couple of times (might have just been unlucky with timing here).
Main restaurant for dinner, I thought menu was limited and a little pretentious. They could do with a wider choice (acknowledging there are bar food options).
Loved our experience as a Globalist traveling with family at the Hyatt Regency Vienna. Great location adjacent to Vienna hbf, maybe a 5 minutes walk after a short train in from the airport. While the property is slightly outside of the historic city center, we found it an enjoyable walk through the Belvedere gardens (or there are frequent trams nearby).
The new Globalist 'lounge' experience of served bites and drinks at the bar in the evenings was a highlight for us. Quality of the offering was far above what you'd expect from a typical 'lounge' - and became something we tried to get back for in the evenings. Breakfast was also excellent quality and variety - we especially enjoyed all hummus varieties, etc.
Team went out of their way to make my wife's birthday celebration special, with balloons filling our rooms, and cake! Even just little requests, like needing toothbrushes we forgot, were filled seamlessly without asking twice.
Maybe one note is that the beds were a little too firm for me (though the rest of my family slept well).
