Alles… wunderschönes Zimmer, traumhafte Aussicht, super Lage, so schöne Rooftop-Bar, sehr freundliches u bemühtes Personal, das ganze Hotel ist richtig schön, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. . Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben u komme wieder.

식당에 날파리가 날아다니고 직원들의 접대가 천차만별입니다. 체크아웃 시에는 조식 먹은 인원 수를 헷갈려서 잘못 계산했습니다. 매니저를 통해 수정이 되긴 했지만 5성급 호텔에서 매우 아쉬운 경험이었습니다.
Great location - convenient to the Hauptbahnhoff and to the city via Strassenbahn, U-Bahn, or S-Bahn. Very nice, comfortable hotel, with very nice staff. We did not get their breakfast due to the high cost. But the Cyclist Cafe attached to the hotel has nice, simpler breakfast options.
Hotel mający wszystko co potrzebne na przystanek w podróży. Ładne, dobrze wyciszone pokoje. Garaż , dobre śniadanie.
Zostałem automatycznie wymeldowany po północy ponieważ (chyba) opłaciłem pobyt z góry. Wiązało się to z pobudką przez sprzątaczkę pomimo wywieszonej informacji „nie przeszkadzać”. Po wjechaniu na 8 piętro po śniadaniu okazało się że mój klucz nie działa , musiałem zjechać do recepcji gdzie zamiast dostać nowy dostęp czekałem 10 minut aż menedżer to zatwierdzi. To było słabe i zaskakujące w takim standardzie hotelu

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but unfortunately it now seems to be in need of renovation and much more thorough housekeeping.
The rooms feel somewhat dirty, the furniture and décor are outdated, and the walls are visibly damaged in places. The hallways are also not well maintained—trays and food left outside rooms after room service often remain there for far too long.
The housekeeping team also seems to have changed. In the past, the staff, many of whom were Ukrainian, were noticeably friendlier and more attentive. Since the hotel’s management changed, the overall atmosphere has changed as well, and sadly not for the better. It is still a hotel with great potential, but the decline in maintenance, cleanliness, and service is disappointing compared to the high standards it once offered.
