Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. Mysig miljö. Vi fick stor balkong där de placerade bord och stolar så vi kunde sitta ute👍🏻 Vi fick välja vad vi ville ha till frukost. Det fanns wi-fi trots att det står på bokning att det inte finns.

No pude alojarme en este alojamiento al no poder mi moto taxi encontrar la dirección.Cuando llamamos por teléfono este no contestaba.Asi que no puedo evaluar el alojamiento cómo tal.Lo único que si puedo decir es que pagué una moto taxi para nada pués tuve que conseguir otro lugar.
Mbale is a good town but I came to u and u switched off your phone..I couldn't access you.bad behavior.

I am an American. I was very happy with the place. If I need to stay in Mbale again I am definitely going to stay at Our Home. The staff were amazing, very kind and helpful. The whole place felt peaceful and safe.
The food was exceptional. They served me a huge delicious breakfast, it was enough to save for my lunch as well. And it was included with the price of my room.
The room and the restaurant we're very cheap compared to what you get. The water heater worked and there were bunnies hopping around outside.

The Manager Sam is a Best person providing a good VIP Service to the Customers
Secondly the Food is Excellent with a Reasonable price which value for the Money
and a staff very cooperative and humbled

It was adequate for my budget. I had to go to the atm in town as the card machine was down. So just make sure you carry cash. Facilities were all basic but expected for the cost.
The breakfast and the meals brought to my room were great. The views of Wanale escarpment. The location in the senior quarters is in the resort neighbourhood. The distance to the centre is a walkable distance. I stayed in one of the upstairs terrace rooms facing the Thatch Lounge and had the full music onslaught till 2AM every night and enjoyed it. Fay was a great host.
the receptionist was so welcoming with a smile always and available for any assistance and the place is very quiet.

This was a complete scam. Although we booked and paid via Hotels.com, when we arrived, they said they had no record of pur booking and insisted that we pay (again) at the desk. DO NOT BOOK!
