La ubicación

Cons:

El servicio es muy deficiente, el personal no es muy amable, no había toallas cuando llegamos, la habitación que nos dieron no funcionaba el baño y tuvimos que cambiarnos.

El personal hace lo posible por ser amable

Me cancelaron la reserva a ultima hora, me acomodaron en un hotel con dirección que no me convenia pero me toco aceptar, Bogotá Inn Castellana, no tenían idea que yo iba, nuevamente me toco hacer proceso de reserva, no dan indicaciones de nada sobre el hotel, el desayuno muy malo y el personal del restaurante nada amable, instalaciones sin buen aseo, las matas al lado de las escaleras con telarañas, espejos sin aseo, baño con fuga de agua y al momento de retirarme del Hotel nos toco esperar casi dos horas para que movieran dos carros que estaban obstruyendo la salida; Como es posible que no tengan relacionados los números de placas de vehículos con el nombre, celular del dueño y habitación que están ocupando; Un completo desastre !!
