El excelente trato por parte del personal.

Cons:

Las almohadas de la cama eran bastante duras, no había un escriotrio disponible en la habitación a pesar de tener amplio espacio disponible y no había poca variedad de opciones en el buffet de desayuno.

El servicio es muy deficiente, el personal no es muy amable, no había toallas cuando llegamos, la habitación que nos dieron no funcionaba el baño y tuvimos que cambiarnos.
