Breakfast service was not pleasant because the staff didn't explain the food, poor quality, and they even forgot the cutlery for some food.

The hotel setting is very tranquil. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very large and the patio pool was a nice touch. The breakfast was one of the best during our time in Greece. Definitely a 5+stars.

Unbelievable

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. Breakfast each morning was a highlight - Annastasis was the perfect waiter who knew my husband's coffee order by the second day. The rooms, hot tubs, pool were impeccable. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend and thank you for a magical stay!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Food was top notch. We were welcomed by hotel front desk person Diana, she was the nicest. Highly recommend this hotel’s hospitality.

Amazing stay Katikies Garden Santorini. Our suites were spacious with very comfortable beds, a rain shower system and all the amenities. The staff and service is top notch. The daily breakfast included was incredible. The spa service was great. Location is central and easy walking distance to everything. It’s very quiet and serene. The infinity pool is extremely relaxing. The only negative was the drinks by the pool were a little pricey. Overall, one of our best stays.

This hotel was beautiful and located very conveniently in Fira. Location was easy to walk to the main area of Fira for shopping and dining. The staff was so nice and welcoming, and they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing and the rooms were very clean. The pool was relaxing and had incredible views. My husband and I were sad to only stay here one night. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and unique property with a great location. It is only a couple minutes walk to many shops and restaurants. Our room was lovely and well furnished.

If you stay here, be prepared to go up and down many steps! It’s like a maze. You forget where your room is. There are steps in your room. While it’s a beautiful place, not user friendly!

Overall service is very good, but is not running as efficiently as we would like. We put “do not disturb” sign, but cleaning staff still came to our room and threw our own belongings. They speak very limited English.

This property has stairs everywhere, many uneven and without handrails. We recognize this is because it is a very old building but handrails would help. Also, getting into the tub to shower in our room required climbing over a 12-14” tub height wall. Guests we met didn’t want to risk their safety and chose not to shower during their stay.
Breakfast was wonderful. Dinners were quite pricey and we didn’t opt to try those.
Hotel booked us on a catamaran dinner cruise that was mediocre and bus driver forgot to drop us off at our hotel so he made us walk 15 minute walk back.
TV had trouble for three out of four nights. We couldn’t watch anything.
Staff was very friendly.
