happy to stay there but a few things to improve
Pros:

Room was clean. Staff was friendly

Cons:

Side door lock was broken and thus could be opened without a key. Woman in breakfast area could not answer whether there was dairy in eggs at breakfast

Great stay and value for your money!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was great (Sugar House) and close to everything we needed (Park City, airport, shopping). The hotel is not fancy, but it is updated, and the cleaning staff does a great job! Breakfast is nice (waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt, bread, juice/coffee). For the price and everything that comes with it, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The desk staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was better than most, with eggs, hashbrown patties and sausage links.

Cons:

You can hear people going in and out of their rooms a lot due to heavy thuds and clanking metal doors, but also felt secure within the doors, so it's a tradeoff.

Recomiendo el lugar, excelente el servicio, la comodidad de las camas excelente, limpieza 10 de 10, desayuno, sencillo pero variado, fresco, el personal muy amable, café delicioso!! tenia mis dudas por "comentarios del 2025 negativos," pero mejorado al 100% cero ruido de la calle, la habitación asignda fue 3 piso, vista a la calle. Gracias por hacer mi viaje agradable!!
