I had a great experience with valet especially Manny he’s so polite and always with a smile. Very helpful
Excellent service and personal attention
Thank you.
Went to the R&B concert in Nashville, July 25. Stayed at this DoubleTree for one night. Great walking location. However, when I arrived, they were a sign saying, “The elevators were down due to upgrade and to take the steps”. No staff assisting you or to help with luggage. The hotel front desk was on the second floor. Was planning to check in early, however room was not ready, so I had to return down the stairs to the bell desk to store my luggage. Once the room was ready same process back up the steps. The elevators on the second-floor front desk area only had one working elevator and each time you had to wait in a line to get on. This also means a long wait to come back down. This should have been posted on the site and very unacceptable. I wonder how long the elevators have been down. Wish I had took more pictures.
Great location walking distance to the stadium. Eli was do helpful and nice.
Great hotel, was within walking distance to everything downtown. My only complaint was about the elevators. There is 4 or 5 elevators there but only one in service so we ended up waited long periods of time for the one elevator.
Close proximity to Broadway and entertainment
Very quiet at night .
Excellent food and drinks bar
Exceptionally helpful team
Nothing was too much to ask
I loved everything
eli helped me he was good needs raise
Amazing staff, in town for a concert and everyone was so helpful. Car attendant Elijah was very helpful.
Jabbar and the valet team was excellent. They were very patient, gave us directions and assisted us to our room. They definitely got the stay started well here at this amazing hotel!!!
Wanted to stay a second night on a Monday would not price match or make it convenient to rebook
Staff at front desk could of been a little more cheerful and helpful
Easy access to where I was going
The location was great, walking distance to lots of attractions in the city. The room was big. Friendly staff at the reception, they gave us cookies.
Breakfast had a good selection of fruit.
I would have liked a microwave in the room. The parking seemed very expensive since we were staying for a few days ($50 per night).
Location is the headline here — four blocks to Broadway and surrounded by great restaurants. Hard to beat for a Nashville stay.
This is an older property, built around 1970 and since renovated, so come with appropriate expectations. The hallways run dark and smell stale, the elevators are aged and creaky, and the bathrooms show their years — rust and paint in need of refreshing. Our bathroom door got stuck and required assistance to open, and the in-room phone wasn’t reliable. Worth noting: no swimming pool — the age of the building and leak issues took that off the table, so plan accordingly if that matters to your trip. Small but frustrating issues that add up.
That said, the positives are real. Our corner junior suite was genuinely spacious — perfect for a family of three. The room and hotel overall were very clean. Front desk staff were kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, and our early check-in request was honored without hassle, which we truly appreciated.
Mindy in the restaurant was a standout — warm, attentive, and a great representative of the property. The food was decent. In-room dining offers a limited menu, so manage expectations there. The Starbucks gets crowded fast — skip the line and order ahead on the app for pickup.
Bottom line: A clean, well-staffed hotel with good bones that needs some targeted updates to match the price point. Great location and service can carry a lot, and this property has both working in its favor.
Location is right downtown. Lovely live music in the lobby.
This hotel is old. They've covered up about all they can with coats of paint, but the facility needs an upgrade. Doors scuffed, barndoor-type bathroom doors got stuck repeatedly (and offer no privacy), the floor in our room was damp, and two elevators were out (and another working elevator wobbled horribly). What you're paying for is location, and you're overpaying for it.
