Nashville Double Tree
Pros:

Manny in valet was awesome. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and always on top of things. He made coming and going feel simple and stress-free, which honestly makes a big difference when you’re traveling.

Just a really good guy with a great attitude, you can tell he cares about doing a good job. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Hire more like him.

Pros:

Older building, but very comfortable. Staff here are very helpful and kind. Manny at the hotels valet service really stood out. Always greets with a smile, remembering my name and was a lot of fun to talk to. Great first impression for this hotel and ambassador for the Hilton name.

Just what we were looking for...
Pros:

Location is close enough to walk to downtown Nashville attractions. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and parking using the valet service was easy.

Cons:

Walking back up the hill to the hotel after visiting the attractions downtown.

Pros:

Awful check-in experience!
Pros:

The check -in line 10 people waiting with one front desk attendant. A 30 minute process, the worst I have ever experienced. One staff member who was not trained to work the front desk was emphatically ignorant, walking around and leaning on the front desk doing nothing, but getting paid.

Pros:

Location was great and lobby area plus having Starbucks. BUT room was so humid! I sweated and not that comfortable. I expected more from doubletree.

Great Double Tree...but could use some updating
Pros:

Feb 9, 2026 stay. Great staff. Both front desk and restaurant staff provided good service with a smile. Great location to Broadway...easy walk from hotel. Rooms could use some updating
