الفندق رائع لكن موظفة الاستقبال سيئة التعامل مع النزلاء
Pros:

الفندق نفسه رائع من حيث الإمكانيات والتأسيس. الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومريحة ومساحتها جيدة، وكذلك مستوى النظافة داخل الغرفة وخارجها كان ممتازا. المساحات الخضراء الواسعة كانت من أكثر الأشياء المريحة نفسيا وتعطي إحساسا بالهدوء والاسترخاء. كذلك المطعم كان جيدا وأصناف الطعام متنوعة بصورة مرضية.
أيضا حمام السباحة كان نظيفا وأجواؤه هادئة ومريحة وهو شيء أعجبنا للغاية، خاصة أنه لم تكن هناك موسيقى صاخبة أو ضوضاء مزعجة، مما جعل الجلوس والاستمتاع بالمكان أكثر راحة.

للأسف تجربتنا أفسدتها موظفة الاستقبال “مريم”.
منذ الطلة الأولى لاستقبالنا كان أسلوبها غير مرحب تماما، بوجه عبوس وطريقة تعامل جافة جدا جعلتنا نشعر بعدم الارتياح من بداية اليوم. كنا نحن من نحاول الابتسام وإلقاء التحية بلطف بينما كان ردها باردا وكأننا نسبب لها إزعاجا.
وعندما واجهتنا مشكلة متعلقة بالحجز عبر Booking، لم تتمكن من التعامل معها باحترافية وهدوء، بل كان أسلوبها في إدارة الموقف سيئا للغاية، لدرجة أن الأمر تطور إلى توتر وارتفاع في الصوت، وهو شيء لم نكن نريده إطلاقا.
كنا ذاهبين للفندق لقضاء وقت هادئ وتحسين حالتنا المزاجية، لكن طريقة تعاملها أثرت سلبا على اليوم بالكامل منذ بدايته.
أتمنى من إدارة الفندق الاهتمام أكثر بطريقة تعامل موظفي الاستقبال مع النزلاء، لأن الانطباع الأول يصنع فرقا كبيرا مهما كانت جودة الفندق نفسها ممتازة.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Upon arrival I found out this hotel is currently part of the Steigenberger Hotel. Being able to have breakfast, dinner and use of their pool during my stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it was nice to have the little patio in front.

Cons:

The only way to get somewhere interesting was to take a taxi or shuttle bus. Unless you are willing to risk crossing 6 lanes of Egyptian traffic and climb a small wall to get to the GEM... For me this was a bit of a downer as I like to walk. Every time I would step out the gate I was surrounded with taxi drivers blocking my way and pretty much forcing me to ride with them. Offering “a very good price” that is about 3 to 5 times higher than in other parts of Giza.

Of course I don’t blame the hotel for this, they were actually very helpful to find transportation with normal pricing.

Розташування навпроти музею та пірамід, але пішки ви не дійдете обовʼязково потрібно таксі.

Cons:

Стан готелю жахливий, басейн не відповідає картинці. Все дуже грязно, персонал дивний, лише покоївка була гарна та ввічлива. Всюди проводяться роботи по ремонту, готель сипиться, на охороні є сторожова собака, вона виглядає дуже погано, нам було дуже жалко цю собаку, вони могли б доглядати краще за нею. Охорона виглядала не ввічливо. Є багато мінусів, бо я не розумію, як готель отримав 5 зірок, він не відповідає 3 зіркам.
