موقع الفندق ممتاز مقابل للمتحف المصري الكبير الجديد ، السعر فقط الجيد من ناحيه المكان

Cons:

ظاهرياً المكان نظيف لكن واقعياً السرير كان مليان حشرات فراش، وسببت لي حساسيه شديده لدرجه اني لم استطيع النوم موظف الرسبشن الاول لم يقبل حجزي بعذر اني وصلت بعد الساعه 12 بعد منتصف الليل وقال لي ان ملغي ويجب التواصل مع بويكنق لاستعاده مبلغ الاقامه المدفوع كليا اصلا، طلبت من الاوتيل محول كهرباء (ادابتر) لكن لم يفوروه وطلبوا مني ان اشتريه بنفسي، الفندق قديم جدا جدا جدا لم يجدد من سنوات طويله

I was there only for a short term, as I booked an extra night outside the work related stay

Cons:

I had booked two rooms and already paid for both, and we were only three people.
But in the reservation, they listed each person in a separate room. Then, using more lies, they claimed there was an additional person and demanded an extra 30 dollars, even though I already had two rooms.
More fraud and deception.

Apart from the location, I cannot understand how this hotel has a 5* rating on Booking.com
Pros:

Good - Location near the Giza pyramids (no other shops, restaurants are within walking distance), very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum, although the pedestrian underpass will need to open to enable visitors to cross the very busy main road between the hotel and the museum. The breakfast buffet at the Steigenberger Pyramids Hotel next door had plenty of choice, the WiFi was strong and the pool looked good too.

Cons:

Bad - Key cards kept failing necessitating a trip (on more than one occasion) to reception to get replacement swipe cards. the rooms are very dated, limited power outlets (none near the bed), noisy air-con, very poor TV reception.

Ugly - Take a look at the bathroom photos, broken tiles, badly applied filler, very very worn bathtub, sink blocked as waste control would not release. I have stayed in better student digs.
