Lovely hotel, beautiful setting, friendly staff, perfect room and balcony and loved the pool.
Pros:

I really loved this hotel. Stayed here with my mother for 2 nights in November. Room was great with a lovely view over the bay from the balcony. Bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a picturesque setting on the roof terrace, and the roof-top pool was beautiful and a perfect temperature to swim in. We also had snacks at the bar on the ground floor which were delicious (so much so we had them every day). The staff were also all very friendly. I'll definitely come back. We also loved the beautiful interior design shop which is attached to the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is perfect and sorted out the only issue with our visit, which was with the fire alarm going off in our room only at 3am in the morning as the battery was low and the engineer had to come in. They gave us a complimentary breakfast to apologise for the disruption to our sleep.

A luxurious stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Staff attentive, kind. Pool and rooftop gorgeous. Brilliant staff in attendance. Great location.

Cons:

The evening meal at Bellinis was expensive and underwhelming. I have had much better Italian food elsewhere.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The staff is well trained to provide excellent service. Service is coordinated through the front desk which works well. The restaurant is delightful- attractive great service and food. Well located. Can walk to many shops restaurants etc nearby. Highly recommend.
