Good Stay, Unfortunate Construction
Pros:

Honestly this place is really nice and a good stay. I unfortunately had a bad experience in the morning hours on Saturday. They were doing constant construction from 8am-11am in the unit above me. I had to call twice and ask for them to stop drilling and using a hammer. They continued to do it. I got a late check out to sleep in a little longer, but did not get to sleep in at all. Smart coordination would have been to start this work when people are checking out. Front desk staff was great. The person I was texting about the issues was not very thoughtful or helpful. Seems like it was AI responding. Whoever coordinated this work needs to rethink when they schedule the work, maybe when people check out?

Pros:

I love staying here close to Disneyland

Cons:

There is always something little that housekeeping it not cleaning rooms completely. Restroom had hair and stains on the floor. I wonder if carpet was vacuumed. The refrigerator was off when I put my drink inside water spilled from ice tray I turned on refrigerator.

Fantastic Family Trip with it starting with this property
Pros:

From check in with Mikala, who was knowledgeable and fantastic, to a wonderful spacious room she put us in (rm 902) for our family, then meeting Ron in the lobby from Hilton Grand Vacations. He was very nice and upbeat and told us about other Hilton properties. Then VeeLee at checkout was very nice and greeted us a safe trip home! We will definitely be back for the tremendous customer service, clean rooms, amenities,and great breakfast offered.

Location was great

Cons:

Room was very dirty hair on the floor shower in the sheets. When asked for clean sheets they didn’t bring them till about 2am

If you're looking for comfort, friendly staff and a great continental breakfast, look no further!
Pros:

My family and I absolutely loved the breakfast options, especially the create your own omelette station. The staff from the front desk to the chefs and cleaning crew in the kitchen were very kind to us as well.

Cons:

We didn't like that parking was an additional fee, not to mention the beds were too small. There were a few cosmetic things I noticed in our room that I would have like fixed, but at the end of the day, it wasn't so bad.
