The suite had a wonderful lay-out. The design was exceptionally convenient for a two bedroom. We felt so at home. The staff was amazing, very helpful and accommodating in every way.
The evening happy hour had a very sad offering of food and as a non- drinker I didn’t have many virgin cocktail choices. I think the price reflects this added perk but for us it wasn’t worth it.
The breakfast was great . Room was nice
We couldn’t find a place to park . So I was told to park at an overflow parking garage down the way and that I wouldn’t be charged the parking fees since I had to walk . Got final bill and was charged . Still waiting on refund ! ( very frustrating , I don’t like to be told something and then not have the company follow thru)
Staff was very helpful
Sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable and sheet had holes in it .

Our room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing I immediately appreciated was the wet bar area, which included both a mini fridge and a microwave—a feature that's becoming harder and harder to find in hotel rooms these days.
The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom layout was thoughtfully designed with two separate entrances, making it much more convenient when traveling with multiple people. I also loved that the bathroom included both a stand-up shower and a bathtub, which is a huge bonus for families with little ones.
What really makes this hotel stand out, though, are the amenities. Every evening, guests can enjoy a complimentary reception that includes two drinks per person, whether you prefer cocktails, mocktails, or other beverages. Then each morning, there's a complimentary breakfast featuring a full buffet, a made-to-order omelet station, cereal options, and plenty more. For families, this perk alone can save a significant amount of money during your trip.
Another highlight is the Disneyland shuttle service, which runs approximately every 20–25 minutes throughout the day. The cost is just $6 per adult, $3 per child, and free for children ages 3 and under, making it an affordable and stress-free way to get to and from the parks without worrying about parking or traffic.
The hotel also features both an indoor and outdoor pool, making it easy to enjoy some pool time no matter the season.
Whether you're visiting Disneyland, catching an Angels game, or simply exploring Anaheim, I highly recommend giving this hotel a try. And a special shoutout to the amazing staff—the entire team was welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. Great service truly makes all the difference, and they delivered! ✨
Breakfast that’s it
Front desk when I checked in then they made me pay for parking daily $32 for there to be no parking when I would get back to the hotel from Disneyland
Cleanliness and kindness of all staff, quick to resolve issues such as room keys not unlocking doors or any questions I had before and during my visit.
When house keeping would come they would take the trash but neither replace the liners nor leave some for me to do it. Parking was over saturated and on the second night we could not find parking , this is frustrating as I payed a parking pass and have a handicap placard

Me gustó que me hicieran la cama , cambiarme a toallas limpias y sacará la basura!! El desayuno muy completo y rico!! ..Me enviaban mensajes de texto para preguntarme si necesitaba algo .. muy buen servicio!! 👌👌
Los colchones no me gustaron los senti como aguados y ya muy usados.. tuve dolor de espalda cada día al despertar y las alfombras se ven un poco sucias
