Pros:

I love how friendly the staff are! They were accommodating and always welcoming us in.

Cons:

Only two things! The noise from the people at the bar. You can hear them in the late hours of the night, made it hard to fall asleep. I also had bugs in my pull out bed, but they were so apologetic and nice, they moved us to another room. Will stay here again!!

Disney getaway
Pros:

loved our stay and HGV, Tiffany was sweet. I was extremely happy with the customer service at this hotel in Orange, CA. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It really made my stay that much better, and I would definitely stay here again!

Stay was decent because of the indoor and outdoor pool. Person that checked me in wasn’t that friendly.
