The room set up was great.
Bed and pillows too soft
Very nice staff. Great the the hotel had a bar downstairs. Room was clean.
The bathroom didn't have a fan, so no circulation. The carpet in the walkways was very stained and dirty looking. They had a church band playing directly under our room at 9am on Sunday, which didn't allow us to sleep in like we wanted.

Been staying there for years. It’s definitely showing its age and not very clean in the common areas.
Proximity to destination
The check-in staff was terrible! I’ve worked in hospitality for 20+ years, and this was by far the worst experience with staff! No smile upon entering the building. No greeting or welcome in from neither the desk staff. The female staff person never said a word or even looked in my direction. So unpleasant, I had to stand, and wait for someone to say they could check me in. Then, when I finally got the guy to gesture he was ready, Chris, I think, he was so off-putting that I almost cancelled and booked somewhere else. Of course, while I was standing there, others walked in, and as expected, he very loudly and happily greeted them with a “welcome in!” Had to ask where the elevators were to the room and upon leaving the desk was not given a “have a pleasant stay” or a send off. The room was subpar. It had a smell, the couch cushion had a stain, there was a wire hanging out of the ceiling from what looked like a fixture that was missing. The sofa bed needs to be replaced immediately! I slept on it because I was tired, and was too scared of what might be on the floor. There was also a bug, my daughter said maybe an ant, on the bed, she didn’t get a good look. Breakfast 4/10… Overall stay 2/10, I would have forgiven the room had it not been for the nasty and rude desk guy.

The breakfast was really good.
The check in time is late and the check out time was too early. You pay to much to be rushed out.
