I absolutely look forward to coming into my room and laying down on my bed and my pillows because it’s the most comforta

It’s always so clean the hallways the elevator the entry wherever you go it’s smell smells good and it’s clean

Cons:

The AC was making noises and the toilet was running, but everything’s fine now

Pros:

Always enjoy staying here. It’s my favorite hotel ever.

Pros:

La habitación era grande, cómoda para 5 personas. El desayuno era abundante. La ubicación cerca de Disneyland y Disney California adventures.
Otro punto a favor, reciben paquetes de Amazon sin cargo. La limpieza y el cambio de las toallas era diario., Ángela de limpieza muy amable me acerco toallas que faltaban inclusive sillas

Cons:

En el segundo día de estadía pedí durante el desayuno que si por favor podían calentar la leche (solo ofrecían fría) y me dijeron que no tenían para calentar, en recepción me dijeron que ese servicio no lo ofrecían, que si quería podía calentarlo en la habitación y luego bajar o quedarme en la habitación (?)
Por otra parte, tenían heladera pequeña y un microondas, pero no tenían ni cubiertos ni platos. Supongamos que eso era así, Sabi que la estado era de 5 personas y solo había dos vasos, y en el baño dos toallas y dos toallones. Cabe aclarar que llegue mucho más tarde del horario de check-in, con lo cual no pudo ser un error.
Solo había dos sillas para una habitación de mínimo 4 personas.
Por último, solo funcionaba un ascensor de los dos disponibles para todos los pisos del hotel.
Decía que las dos piscinas (l cubierta y la de exterior) eran climatizadas, sin embargo el agua estaba fría.

Room was not fully stocked and could've been cleaner but it didn't affect our stay

Overall it was a good stay, the spare blankets in the room should always be checked though.

Good but could have been better
Pros:

Good location good rate clean room

Cons:

Food at breakfast was a mess both days .. no where to sit first day as empty dishes everywhere . Both days out of many of the items .. like 7 or 8 the second day and we’re not being refreshed
