Early Check-inは出来なかったものの、荷物を適切に管理し、次のチェックインはスムーズであった。

ロケーションとしてスタジアムには近い一方、ちょっとした買い物をする場所も最寄りにはなく、”車あきり”でない出張の場合、必ずしも便利とは言えない。
Omg the staff was amazing!!!! What the heck? Money definitely wasn’t expecting superb treatment like they gave me. Incredible, competent and very aware/I tune with their guests. They made my stay and day THAT much better I will definitely be returning (was my first time staying here at this location). I wasn’t able to check in until much later in the evening and they were so kind to extend a later check out for me, I didn’t even have to ask!!!!! It may sound dumb or perhaps some wouldn’t think anything of it but to me it stood out. Secondly, they took the cart down from my room to the lobby so I could just enjoy myself. Once again to many it may sound like nothing but to me it was huge. I felt like I mattered as a guest. I felt special as they say. Important note: upon checking in was asked business or leisure I said leisure to get away from the world just for the night. So the fact they recognized it and asked with intention was huge for this burnt out mama!
Breakfast, large room (suite), relative convenience of location, staff were very sweet
Room was a little dated, A/C wasn’t working great and then broke completely.

The air didn’t work, it was hot and sticky all weekend, they sent a fan to the room but even hallways were hot. The jacuzzi was not luke warm if that and if you arrive too late you won’t have parking. This location isn’t for me.
Overall great experience, staff and complimentary breakfast and location were great.
The beds were terrible! Too small for two people.
Bed sagged in the middle and was too soft, with no support. Woke up every morning with stiff aching back.
