Amazing hotels
Pros:

So clean, beautiful and upscale!! Perfectly located near the redline and many great restaurants!! However, the breakfast at The Whitney was phenomenal!! Not crazy overpriced either. The entire staff was amazing. Stayed during a snow storm as well and they were there with a room ready and welcoming!

Classy boutique Hotel
Pros:

Always a great and classy staple. Have been many times, staff is amazing, design is beautiful. Beds are so comfortable and appreciate the double-paned windows that keep the rooms quiet. Restaurant also always good!

I think it abit over priced for what we got.
Pros:

The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice, modern design. Overall, it felt cozy and well-equipped.
Staff were nice.

Cons:

The room was quite dark, even though I specifically requested a room with a view and plenty of daylight in my booking. There was also no option to open the windows for fresh air. Unfortunately, the bathroom vent brought in an unpleasant smell — possibly from the kitchen — which made the bathroom experience uncomfortable, especially since there was no way to ventilate it properly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, when we tried to use the hotel bicycles, one of them was broken. The team kindly offered to compensate us with a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience, but the next morning we were told that it hadn’t been updated in our reservation, so we had to go out for breakfast instead.

Overall, the service was great, but the ventilation issue and the miscommunication about the breakfast were disappointing.

Pros:

Had a great stay at Withney hotel. Location is in one of the most picturesque and vibrant areas of Boston and close to all main tourist attractions.
The hotel is spotless clean and the staff is approachable, courteous and happy to help at every opportunity.
We also tried breakfast which was high quality. Definitely recommend.
