The room and staff are great, the location is right at the spot.
Pros:

Staff, cleaning, breakfast. All of those were great.

Cons:

The spa/gym was terrible. Not equipped. Air conditioning had not enough power. Should not be listed as such. It’s only a thread mill running and a bike. That was it.

Perfect location for our event at the convention center, would recommend staying here.
Pros:

The staff was very very helpful. Even if there was a little bit of a language barrier, they were still able to accommodate all of our needs.

Of special commendation, we were doing Hyrox next morning, we asked if we can have coffee at 6AM before our run, even if we weren’t having breakfast yet (we planned on eating after the run), the staff apparently took down our names. The next morning, a different staff member automatically knew who I was, allowed me to grab coffee, and knew that we would come back after an hour to have our actual breakfast. The small acts mean a lot.

Hotel room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay here.

It was ok.
Pros:

I visited the Nangang Exhibition Centre, for what the location was ideal. The room was clean and fair in minimalist style. The stuff was kind.

Cons:

When I travel to the tropic I wish to have fruits in wide range for breakfast. Unfortunately there wasn't many kind of fruits on table.
The pilot in the room for me didn't fit the best.
