"Cuidado", "Desleal", "Abusiva", "Oportunista".

La atención presencial podrá parecer correcta, pero la administración es desleal. Tuvimos que retirarnos un día antes por un imprevisto y, confiando en su supuesta buena voluntad, cometimos el error de pagarles la estadía completa por adelantado porque nos prometieron gestionar el reembolso de la noche no utilizada.

Una vez que tuvieron la plata en mano, desaparecieron. Se negaron a cumplir lo pactado, dejaron de responder mensajes y se quedaron con el dinero de una noche en la que el departamento ya estaba vacío y disponible para volver a alquilarse (como nos pidieron).

Es una gestión abusiva y oportunista. Juegan con la buena fe del huésped y se esconden detrás de excusas técnicas de Booking que ellos mismos, por chat, admitieron que podían solucionar. Si buscan un lugar honesto y con palabra, este NO lo es. No se arriesguen a tener un imprevisto porque se van a quedar con su plata.

-No tiene estacionamiento, al estar sobre una avenida donde no se puede estacionar, hay que dejar el vehículo en la calle a una cuadra como mínimo, o tener la suerte de conseguir un estacionamiento privado libre

Bien para una o dos noches
Pros:

Aceptaron servirnos el desayuno antes del horario previsto por el hostal.
El personal de dia colaboro en ayudarnos a subir las valijas 2 pisos por escalera.

Cons:

Estuvimos solo una noche y no tuvimos agua para el aseo.
El personal de la madrugada poco empatico.
