We had a great time and the staff was great and helped us out a lot.

La tranquilidad y tamaño de la piscina. El tamaño y calidad de la habitacion y sus vistas. El jardin y su tranquilidad. La cercania al Aeropuerto.

No había suficientes luces , más que las lámparas las cuales fueron escasas .
Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas aunque cuidadas, lo peor el shuttle, tardaron como una hora y media literal y yo iba con mi mamá adulta mayor, de un vuelo de 10 horas, mis respetos para el conductor que se encarga exclusivamente de las compañías , pues corriendo el riesgo acepto llevarnos cuando era el otro conductor que traía retraso

Pros:

Good price for one night to fly next day. The room is clean and lots of spaces. They have the gym and outdoor swimming pool . Breakfast is good.

Cons:

When you booked, it doesn’t tell you about transportation clearly. So we almost scanned by local people in the airport. Make sure you go to arrival in platform 26 waiting for the shuttle bus

Un buen hotel con el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto internacional de Cancún incluído

Recibimos una habitación de categoría superior por estar en un programa de fidelización. Muchas gracias. La habitación era espaciosa y equixitosamente decorada. Una pena sólo haber pasado unas horas ya que llegamos tarde y nos fuimos temprano al día siguiente. Había hielos en el pasillo y nos pareció excelente para poder tomar agua refrescante.

Cons:

No encontramos una secadora de pelo en el baño. El desayuno era algo justo sin mucha variedad.

Mala atención
Cons:

Reservamos este hotel precisamente porque estaba cerca del aeropuerto y ofrecía un servicio gratuito de traslado desde/hacia el aeropuerto. Sin embargo, al llegar descubrí que, si no llamas previamente por teléfono, no te atienden ni te recogen. Les escribí por mensaje para solicitar el traslado y no recibí ninguna respuesta.
Como consecuencia, tuve que pagar 400 pesos mexicanos por un taxi para llegar al hotel. Al explicar la situación a mi llegada, el personal tampoco me ofreció ninguna solución ni compensación.
Me parece especialmente decepcionante que se anuncie un servicio de traslado gratuito que no funciona de forma clara para el cliente y que, además, ante un problema que viene provocado por la falta de respuesta del hotel, no haya ninguna voluntad de solucionarlo.
Una experiencia muy poco satisfactoria, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que elegí este hotel por este servicio.
