The hotel works well for us.
Pros:

We stay here when we have a flight out of Cancun airport. The shuttle is great and the pool and restaurant are enjoyable.

Confort y atención de lujo.
Pros:

La atención del personal es excepcional, desde que llegamos nos recibieron con una sonrisa y un rico coctel de bienvenida. En el restaurante, don Jorge fue un excelente mesero, la comida deliciosa y siempre nos daba buenas sugerencias. La cama es muy cómoda, dormimos riquísimo. El desayuno exquisito y abundante. Además,el servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto ayuda mucho. Recomiendo este hotel para la zona cercana al aeropuerto de Cancún.

Cons:

Mejorar la iluminación en la habitación y poner las instrucciones para el uso del televisor, mi pareja quería ver un partido y no pudo hacerlo.

Very nice hotel for a layover near the Cancun airport
Pros:

The free shuttle from and to the airport was very helpful. You need to contact the hotel per WhatsApp to be picked up (no reservations in advance), you may wait up to 45 min to be picked up from the airport but we just waited for 25 min. Reliable service.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We liked that you could make coffee in the room.

There is a fitness room and a pool outside.

We had dinner in the restaurant and the waiter was very nice and the meal was plenty.

Cons:

The continental breakfast could be improved (some yoghurt, fresh vegetables like cucumber would be nice and also regional fruits other than banana like mango and pineapple would be great).

Pros:

Good food in the restaurant and margaritas from the bar. Breakfast was good for a hotel, with many choices. Wait staff is attentive and friendly. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable with soft pillows. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Boa estadia para quem precisar ficar somente uma noite perto do aeroporto. Café da manhã estava bom. Há um oxxo do lado, para quem quiser economizar com refeições. Se tiver tempo, é possível pegar um uber e ir até praia para conhecer.

Pros:

Mi hotel favorito cuando tengo que viajar. Me encantan los cuartos, la alberca, el transporte, el desayuno... Excelente! Ojala que en mi proxima visita es igual.

Perfect stay for a night or two.
Pros:

Friendly, professional and service oriented all around. Great place to stay when waiting for a night or two to travel on. Shops close by to get whatever you may have forgotten at home. Staff excellent.

Muy buena!!
Pros:

El desayuno excelente, la ubicación muy bien!

Cons:

El baño estaba muy limpio, impecable, pero le falta mantenimiento, sobretodo checar el espejo grande, todo lo demás muy bien!!
