An ideal venue from the airport, comfortable and well appointed hotel
Pros:

Good strategic stop while doing an overnight connection in Cancun

It is certainly close to the airport but not as close as I thought. I had to wait a lot for the shuttle in the way to the hotel.

Todo muy bien el desayuno muy poco variado y el servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto nunca aparecio como se me vendio tuve que pagar un taxi de mi propio bolsillo y nunca me reembolsaron solo me dirigieron al hotel y el hotel a Booking. com . Aun esperando respuesta . No muy profesional forma de tratar a un GENIUS VIP.

Good value, good facilities, perfect for our needs
Pros:

Fairly straightforward shuttle bus collection from Cancun airport, although there was insufficient space on the shuttle for all the guests waiting.
Short, 5 mins, shuttle to the hotel.
Friendly reception and breakfast staff.
Nice room.
Good value.

Pros:

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Da unser Flug annulliert wurde, haben wir mehrere Tage im Hotel verbracht. Tolles Frühstück mit viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Die Toilette oder der Abfluss hat manchmal etwas streng gerochen. Der Pool könnte man mehr reinigen.

The hotel works well for us.
Pros:

We stay here when we have a flight out of Cancun airport. The shuttle is great and the pool and restaurant are enjoyable.

Confort y atención de lujo.
Pros:

La atención del personal es excepcional, desde que llegamos nos recibieron con una sonrisa y un rico coctel de bienvenida. En el restaurante, don Jorge fue un excelente mesero, la comida deliciosa y siempre nos daba buenas sugerencias. La cama es muy cómoda, dormimos riquísimo. El desayuno exquisito y abundante. Además,el servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto ayuda mucho. Recomiendo este hotel para la zona cercana al aeropuerto de Cancún.

Cons:

Mejorar la iluminación en la habitación y poner las instrucciones para el uso del televisor, mi pareja quería ver un partido y no pudo hacerlo.
