Proximité de l'aéroport. Courtoisie disponibilité du personnel. Le sourire du personnel

Cons:

J'ai demandé une chaise de surplus et je ne l'ai pas eu. Les lumières de la chambre était défectueuse. Je devais tout allumer pour aller à la toilette. Les repas du lunch très cher .

Pros:

The room is big and there is a small refrigerator. For a night before taking a flight, that was a good place to stay. The breakfast was great. It has a lot of options.

Cons:

The restaurant prices are very high and there are few options nearby. We ate different things from Oxxo instead.

Nice room, good location, but terrible smell of sewage
Pros:

It was close to the airport, comfortable bed, clean room, nice staff. We arrived to Cancun late at night and were getting a train from the airport early next morning so made sense to stay somewhere close.

Cons:

There is a real sewage problem (atleast there was in our room) meaning that our bathroom smelt terrible to the point of not being able to even clean our teeth in there. For this alone we wouldn't stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations. Pedro, the server in the dining room, was great!

So many choices! Eggs, meat, beans, fruit, cheese, waffles and more

Cons:

The phone number provided on reservation receipt us not correct. Had to Google and try several numbers to reach our hotel to request a shuttle.

Pros:

Access to hotel and to-fro travel to airport.

Cons:

We checked in late, asked to reception for a reservation support to a nearby restaurant. We did not have MX sim card. The person check-ing us declined to support. We were in the hotel for 10 hrs, and this was the only thing we requested.
