Easy place to stay after a long, late arriving flight. Comfortable stay in a simple room with everything we needed: bed, space, water, toiletries.
Un grand hôtel, confortable avec une belle piscine, parfait pour la dernière nuit avant de prendre l'avion le lendemain matin.
Par chance, nous avions louer une voiture et nous avons pu la rendre la veille car le loueur était juste derrière l'hôtel à 5 minutes à pieds ce qui nous à enlevé du stress.
L'hôtel est bien insonorisé.

Close to the airport but quiet. Very nice staff, airport pick up and drop off was great as well. Pool was very nice
Breakfast was a bit basic and not super fresh but the waffle station was great.
Something in my room was making a lot of noise, I couldn't figure out what and even unplugged the fridge and microwave thinking it was those. It was OK for two nights but I slept with headphones in and would have had to switch rooms if I stayed longer.
You'll be delighted with your stay at the Fairfield Inn, Cancun Airport. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with fresh towels and ample hanging space. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but that's the price you pay for the comfort of a good meal after a long day of travel. Considering the complimentary breakfast, the overall cost is very attractive. Furthermore, the efficient shuttle service saves you a lot of hassle and extra expenses.
Now let's talk about what truly makes the Fairfield special: the staff. I'll mention four highlights of the Fairfield staff that made us feel so welcome. Selma, at reception, greeted my wife and me with a wonderful smile and attitude. Check-in was economical, and her demeanor was so friendly and warm. That was much appreciated after the day we had had! Jorge, our dinner server, was engaging and polite, and he exceeded our needs after a long and stressful day of traveling. In the morning, Erick took his time to listen to the questions we had, and he addressed them with an abundance of friendliness. Finally, Fausto, our morning server, attended to our every need and made sure that our experience was graced with his friendly demeanor. We talked at length about cooking and Mexican food, some of our favorite topics! His interaction with us was the Crown Jewel of our experience in Fairfield.
Finally, can I give an honorable mention to Michelle who was pleasant when we checked out this morning. She and Selma are a great team to make customers feel happy and comfortable! I therefore recommend Fairfield as that go-to place to stay for whatever reason, especially if traveling by air. We will be back!
