A great place to stay near the airport
Pros:

Comfortable room and very good breakfast

Cons:

Couldn’t contact via WhatsApp to arrange airport pick up.

The toilet was full of dirty water when we arrived and the drains smelt of sewage

Excellent place to stay if you are leaving from Cancun airport the next day.
Pros:

1. The hotel/room was very modern with a lot of wall plugs and even USB outlets.
2. Breakfast was a buffet and there were choices
3. Free van transfer to the airport in the morning.
4. Nice safety bar in the bathroom which is very important for us seniors. This is very rare for Mexico.

Cons:

The choice for breakfast seemed to run out and many things were not replaced.
The waiters appeared very "sleepy" in the morning.

Clean, practical. Good breakfast.

Cons:

There was a smell of sewer on the room we were first put in. The team changed us the room quickly after we complained.

After the trauma of arrival from the airport terminal, the actual hotel stay was comfortable, pleasant and in a convenie

Conventional hotel to ease ourselves into travelling round Mexico on arrival to the country.

Cons:

Free shuttle from terminal to airport hotel did not work out-it was the reason we chose the hotel. Although we followed the hotel instructions and contacted them twice to ask for the pick up it didn’t happen and communication with hotel wasn’t helpful. We got a taxi in the end after a long stressful wait - taxis weren’t that safe and we ended up being dropped near the hotel underneath a fly over-all a bit worrying on arrival to Mexico late in the day.

It was money well spent for what we needed
Pros:

Convenient, close to the airport. Shuttle service to and from the airport was free and frequent and the staff were wonderful at the hotel.
