Goed hotel, kamer ondermaats
Pros:

Het hotel was mooi. Centraal gelegen, goed ontbijt en gezellige bar.

Cons:

Ik zat voor +300 per nacht in een één persoonskamer. Deze was verouderd, klein, douchen in bad zonder gordijn of glaswand, radio in muur verouderd, nachtlampje kapot, gaten in plafond. De kamer was wel schoon. Geen 4 sterren kamer wat +300 per nacht waard is. Punt is besproken. Ze hebben me naar een paar dagen andere kamer aangeboden. Bed was verder goed, dus ik heb het gelaten. An sich heb ik niet zo veel eisen. GOed bed, douche en eenvoudig ontbijt is goed. Er was weinig beschikbaar. Als je dan een stevige prijs betaald verwacht je ook wat..... Afrekenen had ik al gedaan via booking. Moest ik ook weer aan de balie afrekenen. Biertje op na de apres ski, dus betaald zonder da tik er erg in had. Ze hebben zich zelf bij mij gemeld.

Super Lage, sauber und top Frühstück
Pros:

Super Frühstücksbuffet, sehr sauber und super zentrale Lage in Hinterglemm

Cons:

Zusätzliche Parkgebühren, die man gezwungenermaßen in Anspruch nehmen muss, sollten vorher kommuniziert werden

Pros:

Top Lage. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Qualität der Speisen ist sehr hochwertig.
Man fühlt sich ab den ersten Moment willkommen.

Cons:

In den älteren Zimmern gibt es leider keine Abtrennung wenn man in der Badewanne duscht, somit schwimmt jedesmal der gesamte Bereich vor der Badewanne.

Perfect location for main ski lifts both side of valley.
Spa was really high standard

Service fantastisch, locatie top, ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuze, gelukkig paste een early check-inn en een late check out.

Cons:

Rumour van de gang was goed te horen in de kamer, de kamer begint wel gedateerd te raken... Voor de hele etage was maar 1 ontruimingsroute.
