The staff were friendly and tried to help. There was a hot tub that was hot, but ran out of towels a couple of days. Car parking was free.
The main issue was there was no hot water and after skiing this is the main thing that you need to warm up. The hotel tried to help, but clearly there were greater issues as we weren't the only room that complained about this. The breakfast was mediocre and after the first 2 days, we decided to eat breakfast elsewhere. Our room wasn't cleaned 2 days on the trot, which with the hot water challenges was really disappointing. Not the usual standard we expected from Hilton and would not recommend
Pet friendly - in room and at breakfast and restaurant. Was the main reason we selected this hotell.
Lovely large outdoor hot tub.
Staff especially pleasant.
Lovely hot breakfast
Was surprised by a daily parking fee of $14 per day that wasn't clearly indicated in the booking rate.
Restaurant had a very limited menu and very long wait for food.
Breakfast did not have decaf coffee on tap.
Typically we stay in Rutland but decided to go up the mountain this time. We didn't get a chance to experience the restaurant or the area bc of late arrival and early checkout. Heaters in the lobby along with hot chocolate and tea are a nice touch. The rooms are lacking in terms of decor but the beds are comfortable. The parking lot was not plowed/salted so that was a bit of a challenge.
We’ve stayed here several times with our family and our two pups, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The culture here truly stands out — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team, everyone is genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready with a true “can-do” attitude.
We’re ski racers, which means we roll in on Friday nights like absolute tornados — gear everywhere, late check-ins, organized chaos — and they never miss a beat. It’s one of the only hotels we’ve experienced that consistently delivers top-tier service every single time.
The beds are incredibly comfortable, which is critical after long race days, and the thoughtful touches make it feel extra special. They even surprised us with Valentine’s goodies in our room. It’s those little details that really set this place apart.
Already looking forward to our next stay.
Proximity to Killington
The atmosphere
Esther and Paola were some of the most pleasant waitresses I’ve encountered. They were quick to address any needs and were enjoyable in conversation at the bar.
I have stayed at this place multiple times and every time I come I am greeted by my favorite person Jess. She is the absolute best and I couldn’t say more positive things about her. She is so accommodating and she really cares about her customers and takes her job very serious. One of the only reasons why I keep coming back is because I get to see Jess’s beautiful smile when I am greeted at the entrance thank you Hilton for hiring Jess. She has been nothing short of a pleasure. The last four years I have been coming here and will continue to come as long as Jess is working here.
Great service at a hotel so close to Killington Resort. The general manager knows the importance of customer service. I had a booking problem that seemed impossible to solve, but she cut through all the red tape and took care of the situation.

Jeff helped me with fixing the tv in my room and made everything work as they should. It was really helpful
No breakfast unless you ordered from Starbucks. A lot of money for limited food
Two beds and only one chair in the room
Toilet paper was in an awkward place behind you
Room was never cleaned and we were there for three nights. Had to ask for more coffee and toilet paper
