Sehr liebes und freundliches Personal. 3 Lifte da musst nicht lange warten,

Cons:

Zimmer und besonders die Toilette sehr klein. Teilweise noch nicht Renoviert die Kahlen Wände sehen nicht gut aus. Restaurant schließt um 22:00

Velmi dobrý hotel
Pros:

Výborná poloha hotelu (nedaleko BVV), skvělý personál, čistota, výborné snídaně.

Cons:

Problémy s parkováním (parkoviště před i za hotelem bez jediného volného místa). Pokud vystavujete na BVV, nechte raději auto v areálu (pokud je to možné).
Kapacita jídelny na snídani, při plně obsazeném hotelu, je nedostatečná.
Taková maličkost: obraz TV na pokoji je nastavený na dynamický režim bez možnosti regulace jasu (velmi nepříjemné) a nejsou vypnuty funkce "vylepšení obrazu", takže zjednodušeně - filmy vypadají jako inscenace. Změna nastavení není možná (hotelový mód).
