Otelin konumu çok merkeziydi. Otele ilk girişimizde resepsiyondaki çalışanların güler yüzlü karşılamasından memnun kaldık. Otelden ayrılacağımız gün geç çıkış için 1 saat opsiyon tanındı. Odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Oda içerisinde misafirler için her detay düşünülmüştü. Hiç bir eksik yoktu diyebilirim. Kahvaltı dahil aldığımız konaklamada kahvaltı içeriğinden ve lezzetlerden oldukça memnun kaldık. Konaklamak için tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Cons:

Yukarıda bahsettiğim gibi kahvaltı içeriğinden ve lezzetlerinden oldukça memnun kaldık ancak restoran kısmında çalışan personel bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Çalışanlar ile temas kurup bir şeyler istemek çok zor. Menü istemek için , boşalan tabakları vermek için , yeni sipariş vermek için sürekli bir çaba harcamalısınız. Güler yüzlü olduklarını da söyleyemeyeceğim. Aynı şekilde son gün otelden ayrılırken yemek için tekrar restoranı kullanmak istediğimiz zaman. Boş masalar olmasına rağmen yine otel misafirleri için ayrılan kısma almak istediler halbuki bizden önce masa soran 2 kişiye giriş kısımda alternatifler sunulmuştu. Burada da garip bir tavır vardı maalesef. İstediğimiz tarafa oturduktan sonra sipariş vermek için uzunca bir süre bekledik ancak kimse ilgilenmedi. Bir kaç kez söylememize rağmen bizden sonra gelen masalar sipariş vermesine rağmen biz veremedik. Yetişmemiz gereken bir uçak olduğu için yemeden kalkıp gitmek zorunda kaldık maalesef! Restoran kısmı çalışanları konusunda geliştirilmesi gereken konular olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Otelden çok memnun ayrılmamıza rağmen 3 gün boyunca restoranda yaşadığımız tatsız deneyimler bizi üzdü diyebilirim.

Excellent, the staff were all very kind and helpful.
Pros:

the food was exceptional, the rooms were a great size for 2 people who are very close friends or family. The location was prime but also in a quiet area.
