Clean hotel rooms. Good location but too noisy. Won’t be staying again.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Pillows too hard. Noisy restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. No lobby to have a quiet drink. Small wine bottle in room was open , the lid did not click.

יחס, שירות וניקיון יוצא מן הכלל. מיקום מצוין. מלון מיוחד עם מסעדה מעולה בכניסה. ארוחת הבוקר מתוך תפריט מעולה. חוויה.

Cons:

קצת רועש בגלל המסעדה, אבל מתרגלים.

Nice stay but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Location good.

Cons:

Rooms are not convenient for an elder couple as the bed is on a platform. Breakfast / public restaurant constantly busy. No lobby to chill.

Pros:

היינו במלון בעת שהחלה המתקפה על איראן - הצוות היה אמפטי ונכון לעזור בכל דבר על מנת להקל עלינו. בנוסף, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת - הזמנה מתפריט - עם מגוון רחב של אופציות טעימות ומצוינות. נענו לכל בקשה במהלך השהייה במהירות, היו אדיבים ונעימים. מיקום הכי טוב שיש בקרבה לשדרה הראשית של החנויות ומרחק הליכה מהכל. נהנו מאד ובטוח שנשמח לחזור.

Cons:

המזרנים מעט רכים אבל המיטות רחבות ונעימות. מעבר לכך באמת שהכל היה מושלם כך שזה ממש זניח.

מיקום מעולה, תמורה נמוכה למחיר, החוויה שלנו לא מצדיקה מפתח מישלן
Pros:

מיקום מצוין, ארוחת בוקר מעולה, הצוות היה נחמד מאוד. יצאנו מוקדם בבוקר ביום העזיבה והצוןת דאג לנו לארוחת בוקר ארוזה (שהייתה בינונית מינוס, עדיף כבר כריך מוכן).

Cons:

החדר פנה לחצר הפנימית של המסעדה, בקומה הראשונה. חדר 104. מוזיקה נשמעה בחדר לכל אורך שעות הפעילות של המסעדה. פתיחה של החלון הגבירה את הרעש וגם לעיתים הכניסה ריח של צנים שרוף מהטאבון שלמטה.
דלת השירותים היא כמו של מקלחון... לא נסגרה עד הסוף.
בצירוף הנסיבות הנ"ל היה מאוד קשה לאוורר את החדר.
המזגן סירב לעבוד באופן רציף, וכל הזמן היה צריך להפעיל אותו מחדש - סדר גודל 20 דקות כל פעם. זה היה נסבל, לכן לא פנינו לצוות על התקלה הזו.
חדר כושר מאובזר באופן סביר. לא יותר.
מלא אבנית וקורוזיה בראש המקלחת.
אין שקעים בשני צידי המיטה, אלא רק באחד.

בשורה התחתונה - לדעתי תמורה יחסית נמוכה למחיר ולעובדה שלמלון יש מפתח מישלן אחד. יכול להיות שזה החדר הספציפי, או כיוון האוויר, אבל לגמרי היה פה פספוס למול הציפיות והמחיר.

Food and staff were simply exceptional!
Pros:

Very cool Combination of hotel, deli and restaurant. Food was excellent!

Cons:

Very noisy building site nearby, operating very early in the morning, every morning - even at the weekend.
Unfortunately the management did not accept this as an issue and offered no refund or fault in not informing us of the work.

מלון מושלם, מיקום מרכזי אך לא על הכביש הראשי ואין רעש, צוות מקסים, מסעדה מתחת למלון עם ארוחות בוקר מטורפות. מומלץ מאוד!!!!
