Estafadores
Pros:

Son unos estafadores, habíamos pagado la habitación con anticipación, pero el día que fuimos a hospedarnos nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna reservación a nuestro nombre…. Y ahora nadie se hizo responsable por esto, así que nos toco perder el dinero de la reservación

Desastre fuimos estafados por este hotel
Pros:

Fue un desastre, no nos reconocieron la reserva, el administrador nos digeron que ellos no tienen convenio con la pagina hoteles.com no nos devolvieron el gasto de reserva y nos dejaron fuera del hotel, que lamentable FUIMOS ESTAFADOS, pediria que se sancione a este hotel y me devuelvan el valor de mi reserva
