Very bad stay
1. I reached to hotel at 9:00 PM and was very tired. The hotel receptionist, even with out checking asked me to cancel the Booking by Hotels.com, as he said that they would not have received the payment
2. He asked me to cancel and pay and claim the cancellation refund from Hotels.com later
3. I said I had booked hotel 4 days prior to my journey
4. I called Manager(The Phone number of which was present in hotels.com website
5. When I explained to her, she said she is helping me to solve the issue and asked the hotel receptionist to check the mails, and the mail from Hotels.com(Expedia) had been sent 4 days ago. I said I had pain for tariff and matter needs to be settled between Hotels.com(expedia).
6. Upon getting the room, it was normal, as expected, but there were lot of mosquitoes
7. I asked for mosquito repellent, but the reception/service desk person said there is not mosquito repellent
8. The fan in the room has regulator operating at only two speeds, either fully slow( speed number 1) and full speed.
9. I had to sleep at low speed and endure mosquitoes all night without getting any sleep for entire night

Hotels room is good but free wifi not provide and daily room cleaning is not done and if you paid on hotel so the staff is not give any recipient and call you after check out to pay online.
