Я уже в четвёртый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Каждый раз все прекрасно. В отеле два ресторана, очень вкусно в обоих. Обслуживание и номера отличные

Good hotel with a good location: every highlight of the city nearby. Very friendly staff.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is also good.
There are two restaurants: one more trendy and the other more traditional, but both are very good.
Only the WIFI service could be more user-friendly.

A very conveniently located property with excellently furnished and sound insulated rooms. Some of the most comfortable beds I have experienced in a hotel anywhere and friendly staff too. The restaurant on the top floor was very pleasant also.

Отель отличный. Особенно расположение если ехать летом - вышел и кругом зелено все! За счёт утопленности отеля в глубь улицы в отеле тишина и спокойствие. Персонал отзывчив.
Завтраки отличные, включая фреши и горячие круассаны. Люблю этот отель.

Выбирали отель из расчета близости к центру и не прогадали. Отличный отель . Многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Очень приличный завтрак . Отличные десерты в ресторане вечером. Очень все комфортно. Персоналу отеля отдельное спасибо.

We have booked a hotel stay over Easter in St.Petesburg.
Unfortunately our flights were cancelled due Covid-19 and we were unable to get our money back from our travel agent.
The hotel was very supportive and professional at responding to our e-mails for cancelation confirmation
With their help we managed to get our money back from our credit card provider.

La posizione è straordinaria. A piedi si raggiunge ogni posto. In più la metropolitana che collega all’aereoporto è vicinissima.
L’hotel è pulito, accogliente e il personale gentile e disponibile. Ho usufruito anche della struttura sportiva, anch’essa eccellente.

The location was good, the driver was able to find it easily. The hotel lobby is great, the front desk staff speak English. Ivan (both of them), Tatiana and another young lady I forgot her name - were super helpful with everything! The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. Bottle water was provided.

Breakfast was plentiful, they changed the options daily, desserts were awesome!

Downsides we just minor - the shower didn't have anyway to stop water splashing around (saw previous reviews about this so I want not bothered too much, but they should do something bout it for safety). The rooms were very warm, not sure if its just that way or if the AC's were not working.

Overall, happy with the place and the price paid. Would recommend due to location and met my expectations. Front desk staff were awesome!

Cozy, well appointed room, quiet, but yet close to all the major attractions, that St. Petersburg has to offer. Very good restaurant, friendly & helpful staff: Ksenia, Svetlana, Ivan, Tatiana. 3 minutes by foot to Russian museum, Michaylovsky theater, Philarmonia, Summer Garden, Marsovo Pole,Nevsky Prospect, Circus. A lot of good restaurants and cafes in the area.

We had a very pleasant experience in Garden Street hotel at the end of the summer. Hotel is brand new and well made. First we went upstairs and enjoyed a magnificent view of the city from the last floor. Hotel management helped us to organize small buffet with champagne (food was delicious, especially in-house made chocolate). After that we went for a walk - location is just perfect to explore the city, it is centrally located but in a quiet area with bars, restaurants, canals and Nevsky prospect and Russian Museum just around the corner. After long stroll we finally arrived back to hotel to our room. It has everything what a good hotel should have and even more, like a very good selection of tea, high quality amenities and again in-house made chocolate! Room was very clean, great pillows. We were surprised by a wide variety of breakfast buffet. I wish we stayed longer, definitely recommend to everyone who cares for details!

I liked everything, but I would suggest adding healthy options into breakfast menu: skimmed or semi-skimmed milk (there was only full fat option in the restaurant), light low-fat yogurt (again, there was only high fat one), low fat cottage cheese. Thank you!

It was so good that next time I will not look for a different place, sure!

Very impressed, much better than the places I stayed at before and it is very conveniently located.

The hotel is located in a quiet spot close to the major sightseeing spots. It is pretty new, has a good restaurant and friendly, helpful competent staff. Several languages are spoken here fluently, you can get around in english, german and french.
Our room was comfortable with enough space, a coffee machine and a comfy bed.
We had a problem with the Wifi, that was investigated and taken seriously.
We definitely will return here, if and when we come back to St. Petersburg

Love the location. The receptionist/ front desk people AMAZING!!! Both Ivans, Tamara, Tatiana.. all of them,.they're doing fantastic job in every way.
Made service need some improvements. ( quality of work, hello, smile...etc..would be gratefully appreciated )
Otherwise I'm coming back next year.

Found this new hotel accidentally, stayed there 10 nights, and it was exceptionally nice. Friendly and helpful (I don't speak Russian) I will happily stay there again. Location is good, near the major sites and close to Nevsky Prospect

A truly beautiful hotel with everything sparkling clean, carefully chosen, spacious and comfortable. Very close to Russian museum and Hermitage but in a delightful tree lined side street which was quiet and pretty. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Top marks in all .

굉장히 친절한 직원, 가짓수가 많진 않지만 훌륭한 맛의 조식, 리노베이션 된지 몇달 안된듯한 깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 시설, 지하1층의 무료 아이 놀이방 및 짐, 사우나까지 뭐 하나 빠질게 없다. 위치도 넵스키대로에서 가까워 관광하기에 매우 편리하다. 가성비가 매우 훌륭한 호텔로 다음에도 다시 이용할 의사가 있음.
