The hotel is located in the city center, in a historic and beautiful building. The interior is elegantly designed, creating a cozy atmosphere with carefully chosen details. The breakfast room is beautiful and offers a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

Cons:

Everything would have been perfect if it were not for one misunderstanding. After making the payment on Booking.com, the hotel charged me a second time. After I reported the issue, they corrected the mistake on the same day. However, due to standard banking regulations, the refund was reflected in my account only after two working days, which was quite inconvenient. I hope such cases are not frequent and that more attention will be paid in the future to avoid similar misunderstandings.

Pros:

Hade speciellt frågat angående glutenfria alternativ till frukosten.
Fick svar att det hade dom, och okej det fanns det ja det fanns, det billigaste frysta rostbrödet och någon torr kaka..
inte ok.

Cons:

Mer alternativ, det kan ligga i frysen så tar man upp när någon efterfrågar det..

Mysigt hotell som nog får en chans till men personalen behöver stäppa upp ett steg i vänlighet och service

Läget och frukost toppen. Mysig miljö, fina rum.

Cons:

Hade sett fram emot att beska den mysiga baren på kvällen ( som vi uppskattat vid tidigare besök) Tyvärr var den abonnerad och vid besök om att få köpa en öl blev vi surt hänvisade till annan plats.
Sen var det förstås lite basljud från festen in i rummet men kändes ok. Lite trumpen frukostpersonal.

Cons:

Att utbud på kanaler har minskat, inte ens kanal 4. Vi är boende hos er på alla årstider och det kan vara kallt och blåsigt så vi tillbringar mycket tid på hotellet.
Saknar bacon till frukost.
