Pros:

Телефон указанный в бронировании не отвечал.
Нашел другой номер телефона. Предупредил, что заеду поздно ночью(номер был предоплачен)
Приехав по указанному адресу, отеля не нашел. Номер телефона в брони так и не отвечал.
позвонил на найденный телефон. Мне обещали перезвонить. Прислали смс с новым адресом. Другой отель находился совершенно в другом месте. Отель явно дешевле. и находился в состоянии ремонта.
