Personnel fantôme
Pros:

Emplacement au top, vue sur la mer.

Cons:

Jamais Personne a l'accueil, la carte d'accès à l'hôtel sous une pierre à notre arrivée. Propreté approximative, tâches sur la table de nuit, et sur le mur. Petit dej quelconque. Nous n'avons vu une employée que quelques secondes au petit déjeuner et pffffff disparue.

Sport-/Fußballplatz vor dem Fenster. Flutlicht! Daneben der Jugendtreff der Stadt. Laut bis in die Nacht.
Zimmerbeleuchtung kalt und ungemütlich.
Fleckige Überwurfdecke mit fremden Haaren.
Frühstück mangelhaft, dreckiger Toaster, sodass die Finger nach der Bedienung geklebt haben. Kaffeemaschine verkalkt und schmutzig mit alten Kaffeeschaum. Bedienelemente ebenfalls dreckig und klebrig.

Very disappointing
Pros:

Below average. I was too early in the season so was the only guest 3 mornings. Very few staff and not very friendly. Location was fine.

Disappointing
Pros:

Nice decor in rooms. Good location.

Cons:

Reception desk only had a staff member on for approximately an hour a day at most. There was a telephone number to ring if you had a problem but did not rate this low service. We booked the hotel as it had a pool and sun lounges but we were not able to use it as they were renovating it. We should have known about the pool area not being available when we booked.

Un hôtel bien placé qui offre des prestations tout à fait convenables.
Pros:

Bon emplacement proche du centre historique. Un petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Une chambre simple mais joliment décorée. Un hôtel en toute simplicité et des tarifs attractifs.

Cons:

Une douche ouverte et des projections d'eau inévitables.

Prima kamer, goede locatie, vlak bij aantal restaurantjes, parkeren kan op straat wat verderop.

Cons:

Blijkbaar kan je niet meer ontbijten om 9:30 , te laat , ontbijt buffet weg...

Aceptable.
Pros:

Bien y aceptable en general. Hotel sencillo, simple, bien situado. Destacaría su utilidad para una estancia corta y de paso en un recorrido a lo largo de Creta (si es tu intención este sitio se puede considerar bueno). Parking gratuito cercano. Recepción amable. Correctas limpieza e instalaciones con renovación básica aunque continúan algo antiguas.

Cons:

Mejorable en cierta parte:

.- El baño algo pequeño y no muy funcional (se salía el agua del plato de ducha a pesar de la mampara y de colocar un estore súper antiguo).
.- El ascensor muy antiguo y con sensación de pararse.
.- El desayuno tipo buffet muy básico y aunque aceptable podrían mejorarlo algo (zumos de máquina no buenos, dos embutidos, casi no fruta, etc.). Quizás mejorarlo y cobrar un poquito más o poner precio menor y no dar desayuno.

En cualquier caso, cosas que para la relación calidad precio y para una estancia corta y de paso son aceptables.

Purtroppo l’unica cosa positiva é la vicinanza dell’hotel al centro.

La nostra camera era sporca e una sera rientrando dalla cena abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e gli asciugamani e le lenzuola non sono mai stati cambiati. Colazione davvero molto scarsa e maggiormente salata, il primo giorno abbiamo dovuto chiedere se era possibile qualcosa di dolce in quanto nel tavolo era presente solo pane, uova sode, cetrioli e pomodori, insalata mista e una scatola di cereali. Davvero difficile trovare parcheggio nelle strade attorno all’hotel. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza con la piscina privata e purtroppo al nostro arrivo l’abbiamo trovata già utilizzata in quanto al suo interno erano presenti capelli e sabbia, inoltre anche la macchinetta del caffè era utilizzata. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza.

Het gedeelte van de kamer waar het bed staat is echt heel mooi! Groot balkon. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Top locatie.

Cons:

Badkamer is een beetje klein. Geen handdoeken om te lenen voor het strand. Ontbijt had misschien iets uitgebreider gekund.
