Nice grounds well kept grounds. Nice room, Receptionist nice. Toilet got blocked and was fixed very quickly

Quiet, serene, beautiful. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We appreciated that breakfast was included, as the hotel was a bit far from the center and there were no closeby food/other locations. Nothing was walking distance but we were ok with it. We rented a buggy, which is a must, but felt it was quite expensive, as we read online that buggies are usually less than $100/day. Ours was more and was recommended by the hotel. Do your own research before choosing a buggy company. It was a beautiful hotel with amazing gardens. The roosters get loud too early in the morning, but it was a great stay overall.

L'hotel è immerso nel verde, lontano dalla confusione del centro. Ideale per chi ha voglia di staccare e godersi il silenzio e la natura. Occorre mettere in conto l'eventualità che entrino in stanza zanzare e qualche altro insetto innocuo (consiglio di portarsi l'autan). L'hotel nel complesso è abbastanza rustico e in linea con l'ambiente circostante e vedendo gli standard dell'isola, mi è sembrato di buon livello in generale.
È necessario noleggiare un buggy o un motorino per muoversi. Noi l'abbiamo fatto direttamente attraverso la reception, molto comodo. Il centro dista circa 20 minuti.
Abbiamo usufruito sempre del ristorante dell'albergo per cena per evitare di muoverci con il buio. Il cibo era buono.
La colazione è alla carta e c'è una buona varietà, a parte un problema iniziale di mancanza cibo (vedi sezione "cosa non ti è piaciuto), poi risolto per fortuna.
Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta.
Vicino all'albergo c'è un piccolo stabilimento sugli scogli molto bello e con un mare fantastico.

The only thing I like about the property is that it was quiet. But that is about it. Our second day of being there in the morning while taking a shower there power and the water when away so I was left in the middle of shower with soap and shampoo on my self. They turn of the power and water with out informing us. The second day was the water that was cut off. And the owner which leaves in property never informed. Must of the stuff was attentive and specially Katherine. Which it was the only one who when above and beyond to help amazing stuff member the owner is blessed with an employee likes her she took matters in to her hands as she was the owner and help me. I pay top dollars for the place and other amenities I use honestly they where ok nothing to justify what I paid for 4 nights and 3 days

The staff were exceptional. Always around always helpful. Nelson, Dorothy and Octavia were people we spent more time with and they were great!

The pool area was amazing

Our stay at Miraflores Boutique was amazing. The hotel is at a more quiet spot on the island which was perfect for us. We could reach everything in a few minutes via scooter (which you can rent at the hotel). The rooms are unbelievable and the property offers everything you need at all times.

Furthermore, the staff was so nice and the restaurant (which i believe to be one of the best places for food on san andres) was also great!

Last but not least: The owner was even nice enough to upgrade our room since one suite was still available at the time of our stay. For him, it’s more about the culture on the island and to give you the best experience you can get. We really felt that and highly recommend this place!

El hotel es precioso, tranquilo y acogedor. El personal muy amable y atento.
Nos recibieron con agua de coco fresquita, la verdad es un plus.
La comida riquísima, creo que hospedarnos allí los últimos días de nuestra estancia en San Andrés fue lo mejor del viaje.

Miraflores is truly a beautiful countryside spot in the southwest of the island 🏝️, with easy access to explore the entire island. The staff is wonderful—Octavia made our days unforgettable. The owner is sometimes around and happily shares great and valuable tips to help you enjoy the surrounding paradise.

The food is amazing and absolutely delicious 🤤.

We also loved spending time with Chispas and the pollitos wandering around.

La struttura mantenuta bene anche sé si potrebbe fare molto di piu' per essere una struttura solo per adulti. La posizione ottima, ca. 10 Km dal centro di San Andrés. Rezeption molto gradita, si metteno a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza, (p.es. abbiamo fatto cambiare un materasso di un letto in quanto molto duro. Molto positivo é il servizio che attraverso la rezeption ti organizzano escursioni, mezzi di trasporto come Buggy, Roller, Taxi, usw., che ti vengono portati e riconsegnati direttamente in struttura, ottimo!

Gostei muito do atendimento, café da manhã, calmaria do hotel e proximidade dos pontos mais legais e tranquilos para banho de mar
