La struttura è immersa in un parco splendido, le stanze sono molto spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort, il personale è stato estremamente gentile e ci ha aiutato a organizzare trasporti e attività sull’isola, il cibo del ristorante è squisito!
Cocktail bar a bordo piscina eccezionale!Abbiamo bevuto un margarita di mango indimenticabile ;)

Pros:

Recomiendo de todo corazón el hotel Miraflores , es perfecto para desconectar y relajarte, sus instalaciones son muy lindas , los desayunos una maravilla . Pero lo que más te hace querer volver a Miraflores es su personal , personas amables y con calor humano , entre ellos Dorothy y Katherine en recepción , Álex en el restaurante y george en la piscina .. siempre disponibles y atentos a cada una de tus necesidades . The perfect end to my time in Colombia
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay and felt safe and comfortable. They were very kind and helpful. My room was amazing and the grounds surrounding it were really beautiful to walk around - food was good. Overall a lovely experience, would definitely recommend and hope to go back one day!

Hotel Maravilhoso. Cabana com hidro novinha, com vista para o lago que traz muita paz e privacidade. Piscina e todo o am

Da localização do hotel, longe do tumulto, no meio da mata, com muito conforto e tranquilidade.
Atendimento impecável do Alex e da Dorothy, sempre muito prestativos e preocupados em atender as necessidades dos hóspedes.

Cons:

Demora para servir o café da manhã e jantar, por serem ambos a la carte.
Mas, pelo o que entendi eles estavam passando por um momento de transição na cozinha do hotel.
Apesar da demora, os pratos eram muito fartos e saborosos.

Lindas instalaciones, servicio confuso.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy lindas. La ubicación es alejada del centro, es ideal para descansar. La habitación estaba ok, tenía agua caliente que en la isla es poco común. La piscina súper linda.

Cons:

El personal si bien fue muy amable, estaban como desorientados, nos preguntaban varias veces lo mismo casi en el mismo momento, mucha demora y poco eficiente el sistema de desayuno a la carta que tienen, el menú y calidad del servicio de la cena en el restorán dejó que desear además de la confusión que tenía el personal al atendernos, todo esto no es menor ya que en la zona no hay otra opción de cena y también nos pareció caro en relación a la calidad de la comida y con otros precios de la zona, otra cosa que nos pasó fue que nos ofrecieron recogernos del aeropuerto pero nunca fueron, nos tuvimos que tomar un taxi. Fue raro en relación al personal.

The room was nice and clean. The terrace has an amaca where you can chill and a table with two chairs if you'd like to enjoy the evening in the hotel. The garden is very well kept and beautiful. The hotel is very quite and the breakfast was very good.

Uma das melhores opções em San Andres.
Pros:

Conforto e instalações são impecáveis. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo. Não precisa sair para o centro para ter boas refeições.

Wer abseits vom Massentourismus Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig.
Pros:

Großzügige, bequeme Zimmer; parkähnliche Anlage mit viel Ruhe und Natur und schöner Poolanlage; persönlicher Whirpool, sehr nahe Ozeanlage mit Schwimmgelegenheit und netten Restaurants und Tauchschule. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal ( auch bei der Buchung von Fahrten etc). Zuverlässiger Service. Das Frühstück, Abendessen und die Cocktails von der Poolbar sehr lecker. Hohe Zuverlässigkeit der vom Hotel engagierten Fahrer( insbesondere Nelson).
Lage sehr gut, weg vom Massentourismus, aber innerhalb von 20 min jeder Hotspot erreichbar.

Cons:

Wenige Mitarbeiter mit Englischkenntnissen. Das Weinangebot (1 Rotwein/ 1 Weißwein) könnte erweitert werden.

Our Amazing Experience
Pros:

Miraflores exceeded my spouse’s and my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. We loved our spacious room with the jacuzzi, as well as everything the hotel had to offer, including the bar and pool.
