Beautiful Historic Hotel Conveniently Located
Pros:

This is a beautiful old hotel that has been rebranded as IHG. The hotel is quite comfortable, with a nice Lobby sitting area I used after checking out, spacious rooms and a very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. I rented an eBike while I was in Klagenfurt and asked the staff where I could safely lock it up overnight - turns out they have a bike room! The staff escorted me there to leave the bike. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

Lage, Frühstücksraum und Bar im 5. Stock mit toller Aussicht, Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Mitarbeiter an der Bar am Abend sehr unaufmerksam und unmotiviert, obwohl sie zu dritt waren, und nicht so viele Gäste da waren,
