Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Generally described as clean and quiet by multiple guests (e.g. 'saubere Zimmer', 'so ein leises Zimmer'), though a few mention minor issues (stained toilet brush, moquette concerns).
Service
9.1
Staff repeatedly praised as very friendly and helpful ('Personal ist einfach super freundlich', 'very friendly staff', reception assistance), though one guest reported a frustrating check-in/room allocation experience with no apology.
Location
9.6
Consistently highlighted as excellent and central ('Super central', 'in the center', 'lage ist TOP', 'KivĂ lĂł helyen'), close to transport and attractions.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms described as cozy/spacious by many, with comfortable beds for several guests; recurring negatives include very soft mattresses, small rooms for some, limited storage and visible wear (moquette).
Amenities
8.1
Rooftop terrace and AC are appreciated; missing in-room kettle/espresso or promised coffee machine, no minibar, and no on-site parking (paid garage nearby) are common complaints.
Value for Money
8.4
Mixed signals: several guests felt the price (and breakfast surcharge) was high for some dates/events, while others called the stay 'perfect' and good value given location and service.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly praised for variety and quality ('Great selection', 'Śniadanie bardzo dobre', 'Frühstück reichhaltig'); occasional issues with crowded breakfast room, one report of drinks being watered down, and rooftop closure for private event without notice.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall very positive impressions, many repeat guests and statements of 'perfect stay' and intention to return, balanced by a few notable negative experiences (room allocation, parking, occasional service lapses).

Pros:

geniálna lokalita (nedalo sa v meste stratiť), parkovací dom bol bezpečným miestom pre naše auto, fľaša minerálky pri príchode na izbu potešila, ticho

Cons:

neúplné a mätúce inštrukcie k parkovaniu (doteraz neviem, ako sme tam nakoniec doblúdili), úplne základné raňajky a žiadna obmena medzi dňami, jeden večer nefungovalo pripojenie k TV, volali sme aspoň 2x na 24/7 recepciu cez hotelový telefón, ani raz nikto nezdvihol a už vôbec nezavolal naspäť, pri zavesení požiadavky na upratanie izby na kľučku dverí nám boli vymenené len uteráky, ale napr. smetný kôš v izbe nie, na izbe nebola ani mini chladnička
