Wunderschönen, gerne wieder !
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Cons:

Am Anreisetag. Wurde uns gesagt wir werden angerufen, wenn das Zimmer fertig ist, aber leider hat uns keiner angerufen und wie wir selber nachgefragt haben, wurden wir angeschnauzt.

Beautiful older style hotel in a lovely town
Pros:

Beautiful building. Huge bedroom. Nice breakfast. Rooftop bar was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Shame the bar didn’t serve snacks in the evening. Fridge in room would have been nice.

Posizione fantastica e stanza bellissima
Pros:

Posizione stupenda, a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro. La macchina si puo lasciare in strada sulle linee blu e pagare con easypark. Stanza grande, pulita, con bagno e letto ottimo. Silenziosissima e fresca

Grosszügiges Frühstückbuffet
Genug Steckdosen im Fahrradkeller

Cons:

Lärmiges Zimmer, waren im 1. Stock und Nähe Treppenhaus
Keine Parkplätze vorhanden. Parkhaus doch weit entfernt
Für Radfahrer kompliziert in die Fahrradgarage zu gelangen (mit dem Lift, vorher muss man an der Rezeption jedes Mal eine Einlasskarte für die Garage holen und wieder retour bringen).

Etwas nüchtern und unterkühlt
Pros:

komfortable, schöne Zimmer mit guten Betten - checkin und -out liefen schnell und einfach.

Cons:

wir hatten zwei Zimmer - bei beiden fehlte in den Duschen die Dichtungslippen am Boden, sodass das gesamte Badezimmer beim Duschen geflutet wurde. Leider wurde das Bad auch nicht so gereinigt, dass die Wasserlacken vollständig entfernt wurden!
Unsererseits wurde die Klimaanlage jeden Tag ausgeschalten, vom Reinigungspersonal aber immer wieder eingeschaltet, und die Zimmer waren abends sehr kalt. Auch eine dahingehende Bitte an der Rezeption half nichts.
Generell waren die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption sehr "unterkühlt".
