Die Lage, die Einrichtung,die Dachterrasse, Frühstücksraum/Bar, Gebäude und Lobbys, selbstgemachte Säfte im Eingang für Gäste kostenlos, Butterplätzchen unter Glasglocke zum Verzehr , Check in schon 13 Uhr bei Ausfüllen eines Formulars der Hotelgruppe mit spätem Check out , Zeitungen beim Frühstück, Telefon auf dem Zimmer , freundliche Rezeption, Trolley kann vor Check in deponiert werden , Verdunklungsvorhänge, extrem viele deutsche TV 📺 Sender, Klimaanlage

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank und das bei 4 Sterne und bei den Temperaturen von bis zu 35-39 Grad; kein Wasserkocher geschweige dann Kaffee, Tee etc. Frühstücksbuffet für Hotelgäste 21€ anstatt 24€ ( dies allerdings nicht aussergewöhnlich extravagant sondern Standard)Etagere an der Rezeption mit Äpfel und Orangen ( nicht taufrisch) und man denkt, dass diese zum Mitnehmen gilt. Aber pro Stück werden 1€ aufs Zimmer gebucht( noch nie erlebt) keine Sauna , keine Massagen , Reinigungspersonal nachlässig. Lässt bei weit über 30 grad alle Fenster sperrangelweit offen und am Abend ist das Zimmer brüllwarm und die Klimaanlage aus. Bei Beschwerde bekomme ich sofort einen Ventilator. Am 2. Tag erneut den gleichen Fehler und Abfall nicht geleert und Handtücher im Bad vergessen. Nachlässiges Reinigungspersonal

Frühstück konnte qualitativ mit Preis nicht mithalten. Automatenkaffee, billiger Schmelzkäse etc. Eierspeise mit Eiern aus Tetrapack etc.

The location and the building are fantastic. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The room setup is basic, there is no proper wardrobe present. The A/C did not function and was impossible to have a good night sleep. This would have been essential for a business trip but 27 C room temperatures did not allow it. The A/C was a system failure but was not disclosed at the check in, I may have gone to a different hotel instead.

Sehr zentral mit schöner Dachterasse
Pros:

Die Dachterasse in der Frühstücksraum mit Blick über die Stadt. Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht freundlich an der Rezeption. Teppichböden in den Zimmern. Das Zimmer das wir hatten war am Ende des Ganges und es war für meine Mutter mit ihrer Gehbehinderung nicht so leicht zu bewerkstelligen.
