Struttura molto bella, niente da dire, le camere calde e accoglienti, letti super comodi e colazioni top! Davvero la colazione era fantastica!
L’unica pecca, purtroppo è stata la ragazza alla reception, biondina e un po’ in carne, che al nostro arrivo e alla richiesta di lasciare i bagagli e tornare piu tardi per lasciare i bagagli ci ha detto “se volete ok” e dopo che è andata da sola nello storage, ritorna alla reception e quando vado a chiederle se possiamo lasciarli esclama un “si io vi aspettavo per un motivo andiamo” davvero molto scurrile. Purtroppo in un mondo dove l’hospitality e l’educazione devono essere al primo posto, qua è venuto a mancare!

The showers design is not great, you end up almost flooding the bathroom.
The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the tram line, making it extremely easy to reach the city center. Transportation from the airport is also very convenient. The breakfast was good and sufficient, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. It seems to be a hotel frequently preferred by business travelers, which adds to its overall efficiency and organization.
If your room is on the ground floor (especially in the 200 range), you may experience noise early in the morning from the fitness area, such as treadmill sounds. The sound insulation could definitely be improved.

the shoe-poloshing machines should be removed: they ruined all our shoes.

Schone kamer. Helaas was het slapen op de bedbank geen pretje. Eén extra tweepersoonsbed of twee losse bedden was fijner geweest.
