Excelente, muyyy limpio, hotel nuevo o renovado pero parece nuevo, desayuno completo lo basico perfecto para ir bien desayunado, una noche pase no me cobraron garantia. Cuarto spectacular limpio tv a/c ban̈o todo impeccable, receptionist muy atentos muy sencillo todo

Pros:

Indifferent staff. Bland, boring room. Located in a warehouse district, so no eating places around. The bed was okay, room clean enough, but the vibe of the place was depressing. Evening staff indifferent. Obviously just an overnight bed joint for cruises and plane layovers. Shuttle info inaccurate. Be sure and tell the desk when you need shuttle and confirm in the lobby in the morning.

Pros:

The front desk provided a taxi for my transportation to the hotel.

Cons:

I signed up for the 5 am shuttle and the driver left without me. I arrived at the front desk 5 min before to check out.
