Fix your hotel AND attitude!
Pros:

This was the second time within a couple weeks that I stayed at this location. Each time, the Hampton employee at the front desk did not greet me, did not say “welcome” and was very apathetic.
I could not sleep well as there was a noise every 90 seconds like water in pipes or pressure of water released within the walls/in bathroom. This noise was heard in the first stay in room 118 and Hilton was notified. Unfortunately, I was booked in the next room, 120, on the second stay and the noise was still present.
The door to my room was unable to be opened, was “green” with the key but seemed jammed, and when I told the front desk, was told to pull up on handle (eventually worked after several difficult tries!) If the hotel was aware of the problem, why was it not fixed?
There is a definite issue with maintenance and attitude at this hotel!

Very good hotel. Poor facilities. Lousy breakfast
Pros:

The location was convenient. Several staff members were kind and helpful. The room was big and convenient

Cons:

We used the watching machine and the dryers. The dryers worked improperly leaving our laundry wet even after 2 cycles. The receptionist who worked at night was kind enough and helped us with another round of dryer on the hotel expense.
Breakfast didn't offer much variety of products such as vegetables and fruits.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great hotel! Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a perfect location. Even though we were late for breakfast, the kitchen staff was so sweet and made sure we had fruit, yogurt, and bagels to go.
​Huge thanks to Veronica Huerta for being a total superstar—she helped ship a jacket we forgot in the room all the way back to California. It’s rare to find such helpful and honest service. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

El servicio de check in muy rápido, y esto es importante cuando uno viene de 24 hs de viaje. La habitación cómoda y espaciosa. Además de tener café de cortesía, microondas y frigobar. El desayuno no es excelente pero cumple su propósito.

Pros:

It was okay for location and nearby things .we stayed just while returning back from Miami airport .

Cons:

It wasn’t quite what we’ve experienced at other Hampton Inn locations. The rooms felt a bit smaller, parking was limited, and the breakfast area was tight and could be better managed (like separate tongs for veg and non-veg). Although okay if you need overnight stay and get out.
