Cons:

The bathroom ceiling was visibly deteriorating and the WiFi in my room on the 11 floor was horrible.i also think the Business Center was poorly maintained.

Great location. Nice and pleasant aroma in the air. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very cozy outdoor swimmingpool. We booked King suite. It was spacious and great for family of 4. We booked our second stay right after our first stay. Because we enjoyed the hotel.

I do recommend this place. Service location and people working are very good. Surprised about the food really delicious. Rooms are clean bed is comfortable that’s the most important.

Es un 5 estrellas y nos recibieron con la máquina para cobrar en la mano. Muy poco elegante, muy poco educado. La segunda noche un ruido en la pieza -problema con el aire- nos mantuvo desvelados de 2 a 4 de la mañana y se demoraron más de una hora en darnos otra habitación. Cero proactivos, parecían staff de hotel de pueblo

Tranquila, com boa comida e numa vizinhança legal.
Pros:

Os dois restaurantes são muito bons, a região é muito segura e tranquila. O pessoal é atencioso. O hotel é limpo em geral. A sobremesa de bombons de chocolate recheados com chirimoya na Terraza del Pardo é muito boa. Não se sofre assédio em relação à oferta de serviços turísticos.

Cons:

O vaso do banheiro não conta com ducha o que não é razoável para um hotel desse nível. Não foi legal a prática do restaurante que não quis receber os vouchers do drink de boas-vindas numa das refeições, porque a limonada que tínhamos tomado era de um volume maior que o pequeno drink previsto no voucher. Para um hotel desse nível isso parece um pouco mesquinho se considerar o valor do que se paga pelos serviços.
