La poca proactividad del personal de atención al cliente. No te ayudan a subir tu equipaje desde el estacionamiento hasta tu habitación, debes hacerlo sólo. No te dan información sobre todas las instalaciones que hay.

La ubicación y el esmero de los porteros en atenciones

Cons:

Que la atención disminuye cuando la estancia se va acabando, en la última noche ya no tuvimos las suficientes toallas, vasos para el café, agua, asi como pague por 3 noches, la atención debió ser la misma,
Otro punto es que compró por la plataforma y al momento de pagar me.cobran mas por el cambio y yo llevaba dolares como compré, es otro detalle a mejorar

It certainly doesn't represent the Hilton name, nor the 5 star rating, very poor breakfast quality and presentation.
