Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional. Made to order omlettes were perfect. The hotel staff helped with a health issue, and the doctor who came to my room late on a Sunday evening was fluent in English which made my situation less stressful.

Aseo y limpieza de las habitaciones, cocktelería en restaurant italiano, gimnasio

Cons:

Poca cordialidad de los recepcionistas del hotel, el bajo nivel de agua de la piscina, la baja calidad gastronómica de la carta italiana del restaurant, el servicio de desayuno con muchas oportunidades de mejora en servicio, principalmente problemas en la reposición de alternativas, no posee buenas vistas desde habitaciones.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Amazing stay at El Pardo. Fantastic staff, great facilities, gym, restauranta and the perfect location when visiting Miraflores as its so central to everything. Would 100% stay again when next visiting!

Increíble 5 star stay right in the heart of the best neighborhood in Lima!
Pros:

Incredible 5 star hotel in the middle of the best neighborhood in Lima. The attention and service is 5/5. Full on facilities and gym (Great job to Manu) and the team is spectacular including their senior leader crew like Melissa who was amazing!! All the best restaurants are within walking distance and the best ice cream and churros are across the street at a place called Drive In Pardos !! Room service top notch as well!!
