Raum hatte genug Platz für zwei Personen
Pool war leider nicht verfügbar
By far one of the worst Hampton Inns I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve even stayed here the year before and it wasn’t this bad. It was beyond dirty. Everything was not clean from the hallways to the rooms, the elevators and the kitchen area. There was a leak above the breakfast water station for two days. The elevator floors were dirty as were the walls. The pool was even closed for inspection. The worst part was that the first day I asked three separate people to clean my room and they only added in towels and didn’t clean anything. The next day they cleaned it but LEFT MY DOOR OPEN!! Thankfully nothing was missing that I know of but how awful. And the front desk did nothing and dismissed me. I am a travel agent and rarely write reviews, let alone bad ones. I had three other bookings for myself that I cancelled. There are so many hotels on this street which are better. Save yourself the trouble and book someplace else.

Paying to park
The muffins
The bathroom was dirty, the breakfast was cold some mornings, the elevator was extremely hot and the floors were busted in it, the pool was drained and busted, the room had a mildew smell to it, the toilet paper was almost empty, the sink had hair in it when we checked in, the bath tub leaked and the fridge froze up.
The staff were alright.. not very friendly..with the exception of the Jamaican front desk attendant.. ahe was nice and helpful.. facilities are worn down, water leaks everywhere including in the dining area near the food and beverages during breakfast.. you have to pay for parking as a guest there.. very disappointing for the amount we paid to stay. We've stayed at a lot nicer facilities for less. The Hilton hotel (Green Hills)down the road is actual the same amount and is gorgeous
The unpleasant staff we encountered on arrival
Staff were very friendly.
1. Room was outdated and mouldy musty smell.
2. Shower had mould/ceiling stains was very unpleasant.
3. Shower/tub bottom not clean and unruly.
4. When we arrived we were not informed that the pool was broken for several days, when I asked for assistance regarding this matter I was not able to be accommodated. We could not use the pool the entire weekend, the entire purpose of the trip was to relax and use facilities.
5. The breakfast was okay. THE CEILING was leaking in the breakfast area and was near impossible to get any drinks/food. Quite hazardous.
6. The breakfast also outdated and not up to standard for the price - paper plates & plastic spoons.
I would not recommend staying here if you are looking to use facilities and enjoy your stay.
We paid nearly $500 dollars for three nights, in comparison to places in the same area you can stay in much nicer places & much better facilities.
Nashville is expensive enough don’t waste you hard earned money on somewhere that is old, musty & quite frankly run to the ground.
