It worked for what we needed and I would recommend for a budget trip to Nashville
Pros:

It is very close to Midtown only a 5 Minute walk with some great bars that are more local.

Cons:

Although it is on broadway it is the other end so it is about a 35 minute walk to the main bars and an 8 minute uber.

We had a good Time but will not stay there again

It was dirty. There was food on the carpet in the hallways that stayed there for our entire visit. There were stains on the lamp and ceiling that looked like blood.
We were not told that there would be another charge for parking until it was too late to cancel.

The fact that it said you did NOT have to pre book parking but you in fact do. Then it says parking is $35 a night but with taxes it comes up to about $50. The ac in my room did not work and there was no microwave. Given the amount that I paid I think this is ridiculous and the least they do is provide you with a microwave and working air if you’re paying 200+ a night. The parking is definitely a money grab and in my eyes unnecessary given the rate you’re paying for the room. They were very unorganized at the front desk and took a minute to service me when I arrived after driving for 8 hrs. I booked this room bc it seemed like the cheapest option but next time I will spend a little more for better quality.

A couple unfriendly staff members. You’ll know when you meet them. Older man that man’s the lobby at night was very nice. Also our bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

We slept good and had a nice hot shower.
Pros:

Close to where we wanted to be.

Cons:

The parking was too expensive. Needs a lot of maintenance. Tiles cracked, toilet loo low, carpet replaced and wallpaper replaced where it’s pealing off. Also, the door didn’t seal good. Could see the hallway light through it.
