Had breakfast buffet in the restaurant in the hotel. The staff was great and the food was great but they had music playing too loud over the intercom. Was annoying too loud!
The Room smelled and looked so clean. That was my first reaction after walking in. Wowed.
Can't think of anything..
It was close to the airport and close to the event. We went up there for

It’s a place far from downtown, but it’s quite close to the fashion outlet and is a reasonably priced hotel. There is a direct shuttle to the airport. However, when we arrived from the airport, we waited for the shuttle for more than 2 hours and it never came. We reported our complaint to the management. For international arrivals, you need to call by phone. But I was at Terminal 2 for domestic flights, waiting at the shuttle spot for over 2 hours, and it still didn’t come.
If it's a tourist trip, the location is far from downtown. However, the staff are friendly and helpful.I definitely recommend it if you are traveling for business
The breakfast is nice, but the hot vegetarian items—like pancakes and scrambled eggs—could be separated a bit more from the sausages. Because guests use the same serving spoon for both. If you don’t specifically ask for tea, they don’t serve it. The lack of single-use spoons and forks made us a bit concerned about hygiene.
Everything but check-in
Check-in was 03:00 pm but room was not available until 03:45 pm
Nice bed, clean bathroom nice shower.
The staff was not very responsive and needs training .
