The staff were very friendly and helpful. The CTA station is just around the corner, only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. You can easily take the CTA train to both the airport and downtown. We arrived before noon, and the staff kindly let us check in early!

They NOT clear on parking and they charge me extra for parking lot !!!
Good location
A little expensive
I choose to stay at the Holiday Inn due to closeness to people I was visiting. It also had covered parking which was comforting with severe weather in the area. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was good.
Nothing
Location to Cumberland Blue Line station is a definite positive, 10 minute walk from hotel to station then downtown in less than 30 minutes.
Louie’s Bar & Grill is a definite upgrade on normal hotel fayre, food was very good and the bar staff were excellent.
Rooms were typical Holiday Inn, spotlessly clean, well equipped but just a little bit frayed around the edges.
I’m sure the hotel is normally in the mid budget price range but unfortunately I booked my trip at relatively short notice not realising it clashed with the Lollapalooza Festival so probably paid substantially over the odds, but if you can get it a reasonable mid to lower range price I would definitely recommend.
