Close to Broadway and decently priced
Checking in the front clerk was a little abrasive. None of the ice machines worked, on any floor. The walls to the outside are thin so every group that came through you could hear everything. Valet parking had a mix up on something, didn't really tell us, and took almost 30 minutes to get our car.
Location was good to the event.
It was not fully disclosed that it was valet only so that was an expense I was not expecting. The shower kept shutting off which made for a cold shower. The TV channels would work for a bit then say unavailable. The desk lamp and
The staff was so nice and friendly. The best staff I’ve ever witnessed.
It was set up like a motel. You had to go outside to get to your room.
How close it was to the venue.
The pictures are false. Very doctored. The lighting is aweful in the room. You can hear the traffic pretty well like horns honking. The value is not there. This is not an over 300 a night room. Plus parking fees. Recommend bringing your own pillows. For the king size it was 5 half pillows. Staff is nice and friendly. For the price there is better places to stay. We was not happy the sec we walked in. The pictures make it look so much nice.
Great location and fantastic staff.
Great location, 5 minute walk to the bars on Broadway and felt really safe walking surrounding streets at any time of day. Adequate breakfast, and enjoyed playing the games in the reception area! Friendly staff and valet guys!
Nice
Clean
Location was great to downtown attractions
The exterior looks dated and a bit unkept.
Ubicación
El trato del personal del front desk.
The lobby was beautiful, the fact that the lobby elevator was down was a little inconvenient but understandable, the safety features the hotel has in place were much appreciated, valet and staff were very friendly, the rooms were a bit smaller than the online pictures but were nice, bathroom was beautiful
The room was smaller than anticipated, the water pressure was very low, and the TV was very outdated and half the channels didn't work
Horrible experience.
This hotel charged my credit card (2 nights - $669.4) AFTER a confirmed, on-time cancellation.
(In fact, I canceled well within the allowed cancellation period and did receive a written email confirmation, proving the reservation was canceled. There is no dispute about the facts. None.)
Despite this, the hotel charged our credit card on file anyway and kept the money, and is now refusing to issue a refund. This is not a “system error” or a misunderstanding — it is a refusal to honor their own policy. And for me, it feels like a robbery.
The response from the hotel has been dismissive and unprofessional, even when presented with clear documentation. This experience destroyed any trust I might have had.
If you value transparency, honesty, or basic customer service, do not book this hotel. Be prepared to monitor your credit card closely and fight to get your money back if anything goes wrong.
PS: I chose the option "Book now, pay later".
The amazing thing is the hotel charged my credit card more than 24 hours after I'd canceled the reservation. Unbelievable.
Close to where we wanted to go.
Only one elevator, the hallway is very dark and outside. You charge $30 to park that was not on the site. You have to login to another site and enter credit card info to pay for parking. Ridiculous!
We loved the fact that it was outside of the busy streets of downtown but close enough to walk to the Ryman. They do have Valet parking and they charge $35 a day but you can come and go as much as you want.
Our room was outside of the elevator so it was noisy with people coming and going all night.
