Easy to check in and the use of an app to call the valet to get our car was convenient when we were leaving our room or when we were on our way out for the day.
Parking was only provided via Valet which was quite expensiveas it cost per day (probably not compared to other garages) however, given that it was not included with the price we paid for the hotel, was quite disappointing. Likewise, two days in a row we allowed for our room to get turned over and have housekeeping fix the room up and the most that was done was towels were removed from our bathroom which were on the floor and the trash wasn't even taken out.
Pillows were very small and were not standard size pillows, so that was also a disappointment.

Non rispondono al telefono dalla reception, non hanno rifatto la camera alla mattina ma hanno provato ad accedere alla stanza nel tardo pomeriggio, ho dimenticato un oggetto nella stanza e per tornarlo a prendere non hanno mai risposto al telefono nè ai messaggi su Booking. La colazione era a buffet ma con pochissima scelta e varietà
Staff was nice
When booking, it stated new updated king bedrooms. Our room did not match the images. Our bed was super squeaky and uncomfortable. We also didn’t know our room entrance would be outside.
Location to my needs.
No gravy for "biscuits and gravy " on the breakfast buffet
