Pros:

La atención de los conserjes, y El Mono ( un gatito hermoso)
Que tienen adoptado.

Cons:

En la recepción fue buena la atención lo mismo con los señores conserjes.
En el desayuno si fue un poco desagradable una mala experiencia no son nada amables. Pedí mantequilla, demoraron 15 minutos, y a pesar que me dijeron que la llevaban a la mesa, lo que hicieron despues de volver a pedirla, fue gritar desde el bufete que ya la habían colocado que ya podía agarrarla. Créame que no nos fuimos de inmediato para otro hotel pues ya había pagado los primeros 6 dias de mi estancia.

Nunca contestan el teléfono, se me quedo mi billetera y me toco devolverme al hotel por que nunca me contestaron lo traté de hacer por espacio de 2 horas, con el fin de que me la guardarán pues regresaba de vuelta en un par de dias.
Y por esa mala experiencia decidí a mi vuelta irme para otro hotel cercano. Las instalaciones estan bastante deterioradas, baldosas partidas, moho en el techo.
Todo no fue malo, lo bueno un gatito hermoso que adoptaron. Que nos alegraba cada mañana.

You can let the rooms get dry, there's no need to give a location if everything is wet and smells
Pros:

The staff is really kind, the food is tasty and in general, the hotel is nice.

Cons:

There's a lot of work to do on cleaning, the rooms smell like humidity and the pillows and floor are wet all the time, it was hard to sleep because of the smell. The staff changed the pillowcases, however the issue was wuth the pillows and the next day happened the same. The hotel is old and you can tell by the windows, the doors and the shower, so there is room for improvement.

Los cuartos huelen a humedad muy fuerte, uno de los cuartos no se uso x que a mi amiga le dio alergia la humedad y el olor. Nos quedamos todos en 1 solo cuarto.

El servicio al cliente es excepcional, la comida exquisita muy variada, las camas cómodas;todo muy limpio, bien ubicado cerca a sitios de interés centros comerciales y tiendas outlet. Nos encantó para este en familia
