I have stayed here several times, and every time, I am welcomed back with warmth and authentic recognition.

Sheila Rice is always warm and responsive. She makes the process effortless.

My room was generous in size and pristine. Sometimes I’m lucky enough to have a harbor view, but there really isn’t a bad room in the place.

Due to work commitments, i needed to arrive early and leave my luggage and vehicle prior to check in time. When I inquired about the possibility of doing this, Miller PENAFLOR offered an early check instantly.

Arrival is so easy and I love having the ability to self park in the building.

From the moment you pull your car in - an experienced professional staff unpacks your car & from there - Front desk, bellman, housekeeping, restaurant staff are well trained professionals in Hospitality. We have stayed at the Boston Harbor multiple times and are never disappointed. Not all hotels have the high level of standards that this hotel has.
Great location - easy walking to multiple venues- Aquarium, TD Garden, the theater district etc.

We love our stays at the Boston Harbor Hotel! Any time we are in Boston this is where we stay! The location on the harbor is perfect. We are able to walk to nearby restaurants and sites. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable…with beautiful views of the harbor! And the staff at the hotel are always welcoming and helpful. The bell service team and the door men are the best! We look forward to our next visit…we will be back!

A phenomenal experience from start to finish! The property is in a fantastic location right on the waterfront and conveniently situated near many of Boston’s best restaurants, shops, and historic attractions. The view of the harbor from the room was relaxing and made the experience feel especially memorable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and thoughtfully designed.

What truly distinguished this hotel, however, was the level of service. The staff consistently delivered a five-star experience and went above and beyond at every touchpoint. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the valet team, to the professionalism and warmth of the front desk staff, to the exceptional housekeeping team, every interaction reflected genuine hospitality and attention to detail.

We cannot recommend the Boston Harbor Hotel highly enough and very much look forward to returning.

The Boston Harbor Hotel went out of their way to make our 40th anniversary special. Attention to detail and genuine friendliness from all staff members made us feel welcome and cared for during our stay. The room was wonderfully fitted with beautiful views of the harbor. Special shout out to our Concierge Griffin, who took the extra time to ensure our weekend plans were planned and attended to.

I stay overnight at the Boston Harbor Hotel 7 times per year for business. The atmosphere and room quality is perfection. Relaxing and elegant. During my last visit I was given an elegant suite with a spectacular view of Boston. Rabie the car valet always greets me by name and makes my arrivals and departures seamless and smooth. He has a wonderful personality and demonstrates the warm culture of the hotel. I know my car is always in his capable care during my stay. Rabie’s personality and congeniality are apparent. He is a wonderful example of the superlative customer service provided by each and every member of the hotel staff.

I had a lovely stay at Boston Harbor Hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate the small touches in and effort the housekeeping team goes to in my room. Great amenities in room and thorough the hotel. Would definitely consider coming back for another stay.

We have been to The Boston Harbor Hotel several times and we have never been disappointed. The location is great, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly. We used to drive to Montreal from our place in the Berkshires until we decided to try Boston instead. We've been coming back ever since.

Beautiful hotel overlooking harbor. Nice patio breakfasts on sunny mornings. Yummy coffee shop treats. Most of all, the friendly staff is what makes this hotel one of the best!

I stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel when I am in Boston. It is "THE BEST" place to stay! The location is close to everywhere: South Station, the Aquarium, Downtown Crossing for shopping, it is right on the Boston Harbor water front. The Boston Harbor Hotel is within walking distance to TD Garden and the North End for Italian cuisine. Faneuil Hall is just a hop, skip & jump from BHH. There are several T-Stations close by. My Family and I have stayed there since the Boston Harbor Hotel was built, 38 years ago. It is my "Home" when I am in Boston.

BHH never disappoints. Have been staying here almost monthly for 10+ years. Helpful and courteous staff, plentiful amenities, gorgeous and clean accommodations, delicious dining options, with stunning views of the harbor. Recent renovation of health club and spa is a major bonus. Consistent, high-quality experience keeps me coming back for both business and family trips.

A stay at this hotel has always been on my bucket list. I wanted to experience the vibrant water front while enjoying this elegant hotel and its renowned service. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We appreciated having a 5 star restaurant right in the hotel. Jazz night in the Dark Bar spoiled us with amazingly knowledgable staff who guided us to just the right crafted cocktails. The hotel deserves the iconic status it has earned. No wonder it graces so many travel magazine covers. The employees take pride in working there. You can see it in the way they treat each other and you. We have re—-added it to our bucket list!

A decent view and clean room is really all I need when traveling, but Boston Harbor hotel makes me never want to go back to anything less than what they offer! Their staff truly deserves the highest praise for not only remembering me from day to day, but being so on top of all my needs before I even knew what they were. I didn't just feel like a guest, I felt like a regular at a hotel I'd never been to. The restaurant had me coming back for multiple high quality delicious meals with a beautiful view (the bolognese and clam chowder were to die for), the Dark Bar service was IMPECCABLE and so accommodating, the Spa / Hot Tub was sparkling clean and beautiful. I could go on... On top of everything their central location to so many fun activities including the New England Aquarium was so convenient.

Beautiful room, stunning view, exceptional restaurant. We took advantage of the great fitness facility- including lap pool and hot tub. All in all , a wonderful way to experience downtown Boston and pamper ourselves on a special occasion!
