Arriving by water taxi directly to Rowes Wharf set the tone for a memorable stay, and I was graciously upgraded to a harbor-view room that offered stunning, ever-changing views. Every detail throughout the stay felt thoughtfully considered—from impeccable housekeeping touches to the warm and attentive concierge team.

Dining was equally impressive. The in-house café, Dandelion, is a must-visit for its exceptional pastries and coffee, while breakfast at Rowes Wharf Sea Grille was another highlight, and The Dark Bar for an exceptional nightcap.

The hotel’s wellness offerings are among the best I’ve experienced, with a fully equipped fitness center, Peloton bikes, recovery technology, and luxurious spa-style amenities.

What sets this property apart is its consistency—every moment feels intentional, every interaction genuine. It is a true luxury retreat in the heart of Boston, offering both a sense of escape and effortless access to the city.

Best weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We were overdue for much needed quality time since the birth of our son... 2 years ago. First trip away from him EVER, and it was the BEST time. From our room, to the jaw dropping views from the hotel, the atmosphere and all the amenities, from the Dark Bar (the BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI) to the health club (golf simulator, steam room, pool, fitness center (which I would say undoubtedly is so much better than the PF we have memberships for at home)), the Boston Harbor Hotel is the place to be in Boston. It is right in the middle of the South and North End, so there are an infinite amount of places within walking distance! I cannot rave enough about our stay... it was an adventure for the books.

A very pleasant surprise on my first stay at Boston Harbor Hotel. The staff was unanimously friendly. Only the Wi-Fi speed needs improvement. Excellent rooms, amazing fitness area, the restaurant is high quality and the bar has a great atmosphere.

A grand older hotel with wonderful staff. The doormen and the porters were excellent friendly and helpful. The check in was a delight. We had a small suite which is traditional and classic in style. Could use a few more plugs in the light fixtures perhaps. Could use a couple safety/helpful bars in the bathroom. Excellent quality and size of soft goods especially towels. Need to use both sides of the bed for the step off towels at turndown. Porter brought us extra cans of complimentary water and also ice. The Burgundy Wine Dinner was excellent, and we also enjoyed the "Dark Bar" in the hotel. The stay overall better than terrific. Taxis not available. Used Uber instead.

Very expensive for a business conference - even though most meals were provided — it was impossible to not spend less then the $250.00 prepaid room charge per day.

The Boston Harbor Hotel offers a wonderful hotel experience. From the valet parking to the staff at the Reception desk, our arrival is very welcoming . Service is exceptional , and the location is perfect for getting around Boston.
The restaurant and bar have interesting menus and top-notch food.
It truly is a very relaxing experience at the Harbor Hotel and we plan on returning soon to this very special hotel.

Amazing hospitality. Clean, spacious rooms. Amazing health and fitness center. Breakfast was so good and the staff was kind and attentive. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent service! Excellent staff! Excellent for people with food allergies. The hotel went out of its way to ensure I got food that was safe for me to eat. And I was upgraded to their beautiful junior suite.
Everything was perfect thanks to Jackie, Samuel, Adrien, Neil, Jenna, and Maggie, the chefs and all the front desk staff. The people mentioned went out of their way to ensure I could safely and they went out of their way to get me halal chicken and beef even with a night's notice.
I was pampered in every possible way. The rooms were clean. It was perfect.

I can't wait to stay at this property again. Now, this is what I call five star service!
