Perfect location. Super nice employees.

This is absolutely one of the greatest experiences I have had at a hotel in my life. The service, amenities, cleanliness, and atmosphere are top notch. My husband and I had our wedding at Boston Harbor and can’t say enough great things about this place. Whether you’re planning a wedding, looking for a staycation, or traveling to Boston, rest assured you will have the most amazing stay with the team at Boston Harbor!

I grew up in Massachusetts and want a perfect experience when I visit. Got one. The rooms are gorgeous, the views are lovely. The dark bar is perfect for a nightcap. The service is impeccable. And I had a GREAT night's sleep. The location is convenient to a lot of walkable sites.

Incredible 5 star hotel with amazing facilities and staff. They were able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms and provided a crib as we were travelling with a baby. Staff were also able to accommodate delivery of baby hire equipment for us. Highly recommend!

Love visiting Boston for both work and pleasure.....and I am a Buffalo fan. Boston Harbor Hotel always makes the visit a top notch experience. Great location, friendly staff, excellent rooms and amenities.

Everything was fantastic from the front desk staff, to the location, and the room. Excellent choice for a stay in downtown Boston.

this hotel could be great with some adjustments to the rooms. and common areas
problem is they are catering to the groups instead of the individual travelers that repeat stays

location excellent however there is no common area outside of hotel unless you are drinking and eating nowhere to just relax outside its a shame

The Boston Harbor Hotel is a magnificent hotel that I think represents the pinnacle of elegant living while traveling. So many thoughtful details as you spend time in the rooms. Little things like leather valet trays on the night stand, good coffee, high end soaps and lotions, high quality linens and thoughtful design. The newly re-designed health facilities are excellent and the Dark Room bar is great for some post-day downtime over craft cocktails. Definitely check out the new cafe where the gift shop used to be. You can't miss.

This was truly a fabulous experience for me. Boston Harbor Hotel did a great job in creating such a leisurely atmosphere for my stay and the meeting held at the hotel.
I enjoyed very much its interior design and all the services, including its efficient and considerate room service each morning. Staff members only only took good care of the room, making my stay with a definitely clean and refreshing evening and morning, the staff thoughtfully presented me microfiber cloth for my eyeglasses, wire wrap for my messy laptop power cord. All these considerate and organized services significantly made my stay and our meeting a super good experience.
Of course, I was lucky to get a upgraded room during my stay, that further further elevated my overall experience for my visit to Boston. Another important factor is that Boston Harbor Hotel truly locates in a perfect place with lovely and beautiful view over the harbor.

We have stayed in a lot of beautiful properties throughout the world, but I would have to say the Boston Harbour Hotel has become one of our favorites. moment you step through the door you are met with the friendliest and respectful people.
We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room, and after we went for a walk, we returned to a bottle of and some incredible desserts, and a customized platter.
The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and super quiet. The restaurants within the hotel are also great as are the bars. Its location cannot be beat.

We were in the city to visit many of the colleges in the Boston area. My new favorite place to stay. The hotel is beautiful! The staff is so kind and helpful. The valet is quick to bring the car. The breakfast on the patio was a great experience. The food was excellent. I had the yogurt and granola - excellent! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We have been staying at The Boston Harbor Hotel for more than 20 years and we couldn't say enough wonderful things about it! From the views, the accommodations, the dining, but most of all the people that make our visit relaxing and enjoyable. It is our home away from home. We highly recommend staying at the Boston Harbor and experiencing Boston at its finest! You will not regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made everything very easy for me while traveling with my toddler. They had her crib set up when we arrived, complete with stuffed animals, and even provided a children’s book, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The location was perfect. The hotel is right in the heart of the harbor district and within walking distance to so much, including the Boston Children’s Museum, the New England Aquarium, the waterfront, restaurants, and historic areas. We were able to walk everywhere with a stroller, which made the trip so much easier.

The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well run. It felt upscale without being stuffy, and it was especially nice to come back to such a comfortable place after long days exploring the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families visiting Boston.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We had our daughter‘s wedding there in May they went above and beyond with every detail they possibly could. We had a fabulous time at the hotel. Each of our guest continued to praise the hotel for being so lovely, so accommodating, so clean, so classy, and so lovely. We will definitely be back.
