The rooms were clean and comfortable and close to the transport system. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms didn't have Air Conditioning or a bar fridge and with the heat wave it made the stay challenging, there is no actual reception .

Attention to care and detail. Very friendly staff and the location was excellent.
Pros:

Friendly staff and great location.
Air conditioning in rooms which were great during a heatwave.
The beds are very comfortable and we found this hotel extremely comfortable.

Nettes Personal, aber leider war schlafen nicht möglich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man im Museumsviertel sein möchte.

Cons:

Es war wahnsinnig laut, da das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt und das Zimmer direkt an dieser lag.

Pros:

Fijn verblijf gehad! De ligging van het hotel is ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen, het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de kamer was netjes en comfortabel

Cons:

Geen airconditioning op de kamer (wel een ventilator aanwezig).
Geen koelkastje op de kamer.
Het ontbijt was lekker, maar de keuze mocht iets uitgebreider zijn.

It was hot but we booked knowing there was no air conditioning so it was fine.

The hotel advertised that they had air-conditioning, but the AC is only on the fourth floor

Exceeded my expectations for location, cleanliness, and friendly.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Walking distance for exploring while being secluded for reducing noise. The staff at the front desk and cleaning crew were amazing.

A really great accommodation. The staff were fantastic, helpful with any requests we had and accommodating of our active

Easy check in, comfortable beds and a good sized room for 3. Great location for getting to Vondelpark and nearby attractions and activities. We hired bikes for a day too which was great value and an amazing way to get around and see the city.

Cons:

No fridge in our room to keep food/drinks cold
