Had a good stay at this hotel! Staff was great and enjoyed the breakfast the next morning!!
Pros:

The location to all things downtown was amazing!

Cons:

We had a very clean room, it was very small, I wish there was somewhere to sit besides the bed and no mini fridge!!

Pros:

The location was ideal, the breakfast was great, the bed was very comfortable, and it was overall quite clean with a nice, fresh smell.

Cons:

Only one working elevator was quite inconvenient. Having to wait three rounds of up and down before I could get on to get to my room was a waste of time.

Pros:

Central location, fantastic staff, especially Courtney in reception, and good water pressure

Broken elevator, very low toilets and wonky temperature control in the rooms

Awesome location, but the overall experience was NOT worth the price.
Pros:

The location was great. I liked how it was within walking distance of the L train and downtown. I also appreciated how I was allowed to check in when I arrived, even though it was before the posted check in time.

Cons:

A 16-story hotel with ONE (small) working elevator! The room had no refrigerator or microwave, and the bed took up 3/4 of the space. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

16th Floor with NO Operating Elevator
Pros:

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel. We were given a room on the 16th floor (top floor). Upon arrival, one elevator was out of order so there was only one operating. Upon arriving back to the hotel at night, we found out that both elevators were out of service. We notified the front desk employee and they were not interested in assisting us and told us that the elevator would be fixed by the morning. After waiting 30 minutes in the lobby we were told that we would have to walk up 16 flights to our room. This was the most inconvenienced that I have ever been at a hotel. I was unable to climb the stairs but had no other options as I had to get to my room. I wish that I could have given this hotel a better review but the entire stay was black clouded by the elevator not working and having to climb up and down the stairs daily. Would have been happy elsewhere if there were any hotels available.
