Hotel needs total Renovation
Pros:

First,let me say the front desk staff were all friendly, kind and helpful. Our room never got cool. It was acceptable, but turning the thermostat to 70 didn’t help. Another guest told us you had to adjust it somehow with the fan together it colder. Directions with the room thermostat stating that would be nice. The hallway was very cold. Our bathtub faucet ran the entire time we were there. It wasn’t just a drip. It had corroded the faucet. Management and maintenance must not have bothered to want to make sure it was in good working order. The shower water was cold. There was no hot water. That was unacceptable. The hotel needs to be renovated. IHG should be ashamed to have rooms in this condition.

We were satisfied with the hotel's excellent location and the cleanliness of the room.
Pros:

The room was quiet, no street noise. Parking in the parking lot in the same building as the hotel was convenient.

Cons:

There were a lot of homeless people or people just sitting/sleeping on the streets in the surrounding areas. We had booked and paid for a room for three. At breakfast it turned out that we still had to buy breakfast for the third person. The price of $18.50 seemed unreasonable for bread and a mediocre omelet.

It was just ok
Pros:

location was nice

Cons:

was expecting a lot better due to the name and my experince with crown plaza in other part of the world like dubai etc, but found the building and facilities were too old. Rooms were not really elegant but passable. lifts were making noise, it requires really an upgrade in all areas.
