Nothing
Management was incompetent to deal with. I was actually the victim of fraud in that I was notified by Booking.com that someone with a different name using my credit card number was going to be staying at this hotel. I contacted the hotel and spoke to Maria about this and asked that this person be prevented from using that reservation and apprehended by the authorities if possible. She said she "investigated" and could not do anything to stop the fraud from occurring. As a result, I'm being charged for that stay even though I reported the fraud to Master Card and Booking.com. This should have been avoidable and reflects a lack of competence by management which will likely affect other guests' stays.
Great location. Spacious rooms
Clean, nice, convenient location.
Unaware of construction.
Customer service was great
A little too expensive to not include breakfast or parking. 580 a night isn’t acceptable with neither of those 2.
Staff, location
Restaurant area. The patio is currently under reconstruction.
The Room was clean and the staff was very attentive
The restaurant food was ok not the best
Oldie but goodie!

Terrific location- can’t beat the views of the river! Modern room and nice bar/lounge area in the main lobby.
Can’t think of anything.
The staff was all very prompt and courteous, and to be honest very nice. The location makes it very easy to drive in and out of, much easier than most downtown chicago hotels where you have to double park and get honked at.... You pull into their circular drive and give your keys to the valet, and no stress. Hotel was clean and well apppointed. The location could not be better for taking in what makes Chicago great.
One critical downfall was the patio bar/restaurant being closed. If this was communicated in advance it wasn't done so very well. Small critique, but important to me, the chairs in the room weren't comfortable and I want a comfy place to sit while my wife is getting ready for dinner.
La ubicación es muy buena porque se encuentra cercano al río, zona muy céntrica
Algunas cosas del cuarto ya se ven desgastadas y viejas, le falta una renovación
