The location is close by to everything like shopping areas and the beach easy access.

Cons:

The room was not what I expected it smells very nasty and looks like it needs a good cleaning. I booked a queen size room and when I got there it was not even a double bed size and it was filthy looking and the sheets were dirty looking . I was very disappointed because they refused to accommodate me for what I booked. The front desk guy told me that if I’m not satisfied I can check out but with no refunds. It was really horrible to know that these people making so much money and can’t maintain the place.

Erano 3 strutture separate, per andare in piscina, a fare colazione e al bar dovevo uscire in strada per andare nell’altro edificio
La pulizia della camera è stata un po confusa e poco accurata nel cambio asciugamani in più c’erano un sacco di blatte.

Enormt dårlig oplevelse

Beliggenhed var god.

Cons:

Meget beskidt.
Meget slidt overalt, toilet virkede ikke, brusehoved faldt næste ned, maling manglede på væggene.
Manglende personale, specielt i receptionen hvor vi ventede Meget længe og personalet tog heller ikke telefonen.

Horrible, pésima, la peor de mi vida. Tienen ladrones dentro de su equipo de limpieza, y no se hacen cargo!

Absolutamente nada, me robaron el 6tp día de hospedaje toda la plata que tenía ESCONDIDA. Revisaron la ropa interior de mi mujer y mi hija y detrás de todo eso teníamos nuestra plata (habíamos pedido una caja fuerte el primer día y nos la negaron, alegando que no tenían en ese momento y que al otro día nos conseguirían una) pero nunca sucedió eso. Horrible experiencia pero peor trato de los responsables del hotel!

Cons:

Son ladrones, una de las chicas de limpieza ROBÓ toda la plata que teníamos para nuestras vacaciones.

La estancia es bastante agradable.
Pros:

Los servicios que ofrecen en general todo buena ubicación, buena habitación y desayuno.

Cons:

No hacían limpieza ni cambiaban las toallas a diario, en mi estancia no hicieron limpieza y tuve que pedir varias veces toallas limpias, y otra que dejan víveres pero no te dicen que te cobraran lo que uses, esto deberían de avisarlo.
Por ahora no he recibido la devolución del deposito en garantía que deje y ya llevo más de 2 semanas que salí del alojamiento.

Overall our stay was okay. Service could’ve been a lot better but the room was nice and updated.
Pros:

We booked the penthouse suite and the first night was great. We stayed for 3 nights and we only had room service attend to us maybe twice out of our whole stay. The breakfast was good but it was not included.

Cons:

I did not like the service and how inattentive they were. We had to walk to the building over to get more towels and toiletries for our room. The pool was dirty and had lots of hair, bugs, and small trash in it.
