MY ROOM HAD NO HEAT AND IT WAS 59 OUTSIDE AND MY ROOM FULLS LIKE OUTSIDE WENT TO THE FRONTDEST AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO HEAT AT ALL

short overnight stay close to lincoln mall for food
Pros:

location - we keep picking this hotel because of the location.
Valet let us keep the car with them until 1PM previous it was only to checkout time 11AM

Once I found my room everything was fine.
Pros:

Location. Bellman were great. Bed great.

Cons:

Shower not comfortable. I stayed in the second building and I couldn’t find the entrance. The bellman was helpful.

Nous sommes partis des le check in fait tellement c'etait ds un etat pitoyable. Le service Client de l'hotel n'a accepte aucun remboursement partiel ou total. Booking n'a pas ete d'une grande aide non plus. Etablissement a BANNIR et a FUIR

Decent but not as promised an mystery charge

The room was clean enough/ but a little dated. Housekeeping staff was nice.. We were in the building behind taco place, when you step in hotel only in that area carpet is dirty in that area and there was a smell. Hotel advertises DJ at pool (10-5), and free happy hour drink. As part of the value of saving money on these things I booked, Saturday morning at the pool, music is playing but no DJ / party. And the happy hour drink they served a watered down mix of something, which I couldn’t finish., After the stay there was a charge on my card, which. I don’t believe was mine. I called hotel to ask, they advised me to email manager, after 4 days disputed charge w bank as no one has gotten back to Metz

Quick Relaxing Trip

Thank you so much, Anthony and Diana, for such a memorable trip! The customer service from you and your staff was outstanding and truly made our stay special. I especially appreciated the helpful tips on places to visit in the local area—it made exploring so much easier and more enjoyable. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location was perfect for a quick getaway. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!
