Lo que mas me.gusto del hotel fue la ubicación ya q es muy céntrico y todo queda bastante cerca.
No me gustaron las alfombras de los pasillos ya que al no mantenerlas limpias acumulan mal olor a humedad y a piss. La piscina del piso 1 estaba un poco sucia pero nada alarmante

La chambre n’est pas nettoyée correctement. Pas d’aspirateur ( une capsule de dentifrice est restée pendant tout le séjour de 5 nuits, dans la salle de bains. Le climatiseur n’est pas réglable et il fait beaucoup de bruit. On a été obligé de l’éteindre pour dormir. La caution de 100 dollars ne m’a pas été restituée et en plus ils ont retiré 6 dollars supplémentaires alors que je n’ai rien pris et rien consommé. Au contraire j’ai laissé une petite bouteille d’eau….
Older but perfectly vintage charm in art deco style. Great ambiance and well designed.
Our room was near breakfast the the servers bussing the plates was very loud. It woke us up every morning.

It was convenient. It was located in a good area close to the beach and walking distance to drugstores and other stores. The rooms were nice and updated (at least the section I was in).
The pool was VERY dirty so it didn’t make for an enjoyable experience. Also, the towels were not clean as well. I had to request new ones.

I understand it’s a Beach Town but you can see and smell the mold in the hallway!!!!

Terrible... and traumatic experience. Got to the room a d could not even open the curtains.. the view was of the building showing holes in walls, and maintenance guy working right next to the bedroom window.. so we had to have them closed.. for some reason he was there when we got there and when I tried opening the curtain the next morning he was stood at the window!! This was not the WORST of it.. whilst sleeping a worker walked into my room, where me and my young son was sleeping, I had to scream for him to get out. When reported to reception the next day they said it "was just a maintenence guy, and that he had come to tell me to turn the AC off.. (the AC was already off in my room). I did not sleep the rest of the night due to this. When reported to airbnb the came back saying it was not a violation of there rules!!! And CATALINA refused to refund my money.. saying there ,as no evidence and I needed evidence. Horrible place, receptionist not helpful at all. I even asked to move rooms and they refused!!! Please do not use these.

The pool and chairs completed dirty, the pool was had too much hairs and fake lashes around and the water very bad

I love this hotel because it’s in the heart of south beach, close to the beach. Walking distance to Washington, Lincoln and again the beach
The pool area’s need to be updated also the carpet in the hallways need deep cleaning
