Es muy buena la relación del precio calidad . La ubicación es perfecta .
Por eso queremos reconocer ( éramos tres personas ) que Santiago nos atendió muy bien ! .

I want to start this review on a positive note: The staff members here are absolutely wonderful, kind, and doing their absolute best. I truly feel for them! However, the property itself (Catalina Hotel & Beach Club) is in terrible condition.
We booked the Penthouse, but it was far from a luxury experience: the water was overflowing, there was no hot water, and no TV. On top of that, the floor was sticky, there was nowhere to hang or store our clothes, and the curtains had a terrible smell (like fish). To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and impossible to deal with—a complete contrast to the amazing front-line staff.
Huge compliments to the lovely team working here, but management needs to step up. The hotel is completely run down and I cannot recommend staying here in its current state. Thankfully, I am leaving tomorrow.

Location is amazing. The bars and restaurants part of the hotel are brilliant too. Some of our favourite spots.
The room was only serviced once during our 4 night stay - we had to specifically request this too and chase it throughout the day.
The room was good size plenty storage for clothes.
Restaurant down stairs was good.
Staff, the staff were rude and the cleaner, or cleaner s were terrible, room was not cleaned the whole time we was there. And to top it off they stole 2 pairs of my jeans I forgot was hanging up in the wardrobe.
I called and emailed and they left me waiting g for over a day before telling me that nothing was left.
So either they stole the jeans when we was still staying there and never noticed or they stole them after we left. Either way a total disgrace!! So I will need to contact police as I will need a report to claim on insurance.
Very poor that someone would steal and the hotel knows who it will be and is happy to have a thief working there.
