The hotel had nice amenities, clean, close to all the parks. Great for work trips.
Pros:

clean room - up to date in finishes.

Cons:

it felt understaffed- no one at the coffee bar when I wanted to order and no one at the breakfast bar when I wanted to order. I staff member came after a good 10 minutes to bill me for breakfast.

Clean, quiet and good value
Pros:

Clean and friendly staff

Cons:

Exiting is only one way at a busy part of the road. They never sent me my receipt by email and never took the parking charge off the bill like they said they would.
Other than that it was a good stay and very quiet.

It was okay. Probably will not return as paying for parking is pretty crazy

I thinks it’s crazy $20/day for parking at a hotel I paid to stay at. I understand that it’s near Disney but how do you not offer free parking to your specific guests
Also I called and asked what time the pool/jacuzzi open and the representative at the desk stated it’s already open. My fiancé and I then got dressed and headed down from the 7th floor to the pool. Outside we hear talking behind us, it’s facility personnel (like maintenance) explaining to us that the pool isn’t open yet. They unlocked the gates for us, however.
Those are my only two things. Other than that we didn’t interact with anyone

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. the gym was also a bonus.

Cons:

The breakfast was a 1/10. Personally I travel quite a lot with work and this really was NOT up up scratch. The hot food sat there for 1 hour untouched and uncovered and even the fruit had flies on it and bits missing which looked like it has been nibbled. Didn't dare try anything except the coffee.
