Pros:

Nothing, we got off the plane to a cancellation email. Arrived at the property and they had cancelled our room and we were told we had to go to a different hotel.

Cons:

The booking and management staff clearly need to stop advertising once full instead of cancelling previous bookings

Pros:

Easy to find and parking was great and it always smelled clean

Cons:

Some parts of the room are starting to look dated, in my room the 3 lights over the sink were all at varying levels of brightness, the dresser would randomly creak and lastly I checked out and thought to hit the buffet but it looked like it was closed since there weren’t any attendants (admittedly that’s on me but it also looked like it was already closed and this was at 10am)

Staff was very friendly and the location was great.

Cons:

Bar and lounge didnt open until 4pm even on weekends. I had to ck out at 1pm and sit there for 2hrs waiting for flight. It would be nice if I could eat and drink at hotel instead of taking my business elsewhere. The hotel would really benefit on having food and drinks for guest at all times.
