Very close in proximity to everything that i need. Its in walkable distance

The only thing that I can think of that I didn’t like was that maybe the parking lot could use more cameras?

It was good.
Pros:

Very clean
2nd room- bed was a lot better in the first room.

Cons:

1st room- The refrigerator made noises. The cabinets kept opening by themselves. The bed was really springy and hurt my back.
2nd room- refrigerator did not work.

Great hotel, great location, we will be back 😀

The location is great! There are sooo many restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, Wells Fargo bank, gym, Walmart & other shopping stores less than 10 miles away which is what we needed ...really about 5 miles or less away from this location. It is right by the highway so that's another good thing. The room was clean & comfortable. The front desk receptionists were all so helpful & kind. This is hotel is also right by Disney Springs & the AMC movie theater. We went to the movies & afterwards walked around at the different shops...very convenient! I would definitely recommend this hotel & we will definitely be back for another stay!!

Cons:

There was no microwave in the king size room. That is all really.

Convenient Location
Pros:

One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the convenience. Being located close to all the parks and Disney Springs makes getting around incredibly easy and takes a lot of stress out of planning your day.

What truly made this stay stand out, however, was the staff and the added benefits that enhanced the overall experience. The team was welcoming, professional, and consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay.

As a Bonvoy Platinum/Titanium Elite member, having access to the complimentary continental snack lounge with 24/7 access was definitely a bonus and a feature that added significant value. Having snacks and refreshments available at any time made the experience even more convenient after long days visiting the parks.

Overall, this hotel delivers a great combination of location, comfort, service, and elite benefits—making it an excellent option for both families and frequent travelers visiting the area.

Nice location, easy access to Disney even has a bus stop outside the hotel if you want to save a little money on uber/lyft and it will take you to the springs and you can catch a resort bus to go to the park if not on a blackout..
hotel is nice it has two washer and dryers.. they work well only need one cycle is coin operated for roughly about $5 the desk can exchange your money for coins. They do have a pool but we did not use it..They also have an on-site bar.. which was fantastic.although it does close a bit early. The rooms were as to be expected, nice basic rooms nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. They have large dispensers wall mounted in the shower for their Body Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner. Bathroom is a bit small..

Cons:

housekeeping was somewhat wonky we started with 4 big towels and then it kept dwindling until on our final day we only had 1 towel my honey had to ask for more which they provided. It just seemed a bit odd that they removed dirty towels and did not exchange the same amount.

I like the location. Room was nice but I absolutely can’t stand and will not ever stay at hotels that charge me $20 to park in the lot they made for me to park in for when I stay there. Are you out of your mind? Lol Trillion dollar Disney already charging me $35 to park which is a bit much but now hotels charging almost just as much? I hope lots of people read this and find a hotel that doesn’t charge for parking and also charge for breakfast when that should be complimentary at some hotels still I’m sure
