Pros:

Good location for work and easy access to the city center with public transportation.
Soundproof. Friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The heating system couldn't be properly controlled from within the room. Carpet in the room and the matrass was not great. Overal sleep quality was low.

Horrible, sale, vieux, mal reçu , excentré
Pros:

rien, vieux, sale , personnel méchant et indisponible et surtout mal placé ! il est affiché Anvers centre alors qu'il est en zone industriel a 20 mn du centre . Bref une escroquerie avec booking.com comme complice. Une honte pour tous le groupe accord que je fréquente régulièrement .

Cons:

le personnel est indélicat et très peu professionnel , pas a l'écoute du tout et a la limite de l'irrespectueux

Pros:

Dichtbij het centrum van Antwerpen dus perfecte locatie voor een weekendje weg oid. Kamers ruim en schoon en de bedden liggen heerlijk!

Cons:

We konden de ene nacht s'morgens wel koffie krijgen en de andere niet, toen was het enkel mogelijk als je ook ontbijt had. Niet klant vriendelijk en niet wat we gewend zijn van andere hotels. Heel erg jammer want voor ons wel een reden om niet nog eens te boeken hier.

Prima hotel voor de zakelijke reiziger
Pros:

Zeer nette in en uitcheck ervaren. Prima kamer voor een zakelijke overnachting en het restaurant is ook goed.

Cons:

De koffiekopjes en het glaswerk waren niet helemaal schoon dus eerst even afgespoeld voor gebruik.

Een oudejaarsnacht om nooit meer te vergeten!
Pros:

Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Ook een zeer ruim aanbod aan glutenvrije producten, soja,...kortom, voor iedereen die graag ontbijt, is alles voorzien! Bedankt.

Ik kan niets verzinnen dat me tegenviel. Alles was prima. Bedankt

Pros:

Kamer was schoon. Bereikbaarheid was goed.

Cons:

Lang wachten bij binnenkomst. Personeel bij de bar stond te praten met elkaar terwijl er niemand bij de receptie stond. Die waren druk met schoonmaken en andere zaken.
Bedden familiekamer zijn niet zo fijn.
Voor ontbijt moest je wachten voor het toewijzen van een plaats maar uiteindelijk maar zelf ergens gaan zitten.
