Fantastic hotel, great staff but breakfast a let down
Pros:

Everything. Our daughter injured herself just before our stay with Novotel and the staff were fantastic at accommodating an accessible room as she was using crutches. Beds so comfortable and lovely room. Hotel was lovely

Cons:

Breakfast was a let down. A lot of variety but with 45 minutes left of service, there was little left despite being told more hot breakfast would come out. Bacon very well done and in clumps. Sauces had run out, little cutlery, asked for more and no more came out

It was good value nice and clean with very friendly professional staff behind the counter.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful giving out activity bags to the children that they loved.

Cons:

The bed was ok not the comfiest. It was difficult to find at the time because of all the road works going on around Antwerp there was road closures that google maps had not pick up.

Pros:

Personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

De hygiene, vooral in de badkamer, er zat zwarte schimmel en veel stof in de ventilatie. Evenals de warmte, het was zo ontzettend warm in de kamer, maar het raam kon niet op kiepstand..Zelfs de mini koelkast had schimmel. De kussens waren hoog en hard. De handdoeken stonken.
