Pros:

Ruhige Lage mit viel Grün. Sehr Hundefreundlich. Auch zwei große Hunde durften mit in den Frühstücksraum.
Ca 35 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.
Hotel sauber und Personal freundlich.

Die Lage war gut, die Stadt zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und dann wieder schnell auf der Autobahn.

Great experience
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of the property is excellent, with a beautiful view of the Danube and the bridge. We had a Danube‑facing room and absolutely loved it.

Breakfast was good and diverse, and the underground parking felt very safe. Overall, a great experience.

Cons:

One thing that could be improved is the timing of the cleaning service. They came around 9 AM on our checkout day and knocked while already entering the room, while I was still getting dressed. I said the room was occupied and they stepped back, but it would be better if staff waited a bit longer before entering, especially since we were checking out only a couple of hours later.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich möchte Ihnen gerne eine ehrliche Rückmeldung zu meinem Aufenthalt geben.

Zimmerreinigung
Mein Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Das ist aus meiner Sicht nicht entschuldbar, da am Abend noch alles genau so war, wie ich es am selben Tag in der Früh verlassen habe. Es wurden auch keine frischen Handtücher bereitgestellt.

Frühstück
Das Frühstück war für mich insgesamt nicht ausreichend und dem Preisniveau nicht angemessen. In zwei Tagen habe ich nicht einmal ein weich gekochtes Ei bekommen. Es gab zwar eine Entschuldigung, jedoch kein erkennbares Bemühen, das Problem zu lösen. Ein Ei 4,5 bis 5 Minuten zu kochen, damit der Dotter weich ist, sollte grundsätzlich möglich sein.
Insgesamt war das Frühstück für mich sehr einfach und keineswegs dem Preis entsprechend.

Bett / Matratze
Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war für mich deutlich zu unbequem, wodurch ich schlecht schlafen konnte. Hier hätte ich vielleicht selbst nachfragen sollen, dennoch war auch das für meinen Aufenthalt nicht zufriedenstellend.
Matratze einfach zu hart!!!!!!!!


Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuschend.
Ich schreibe nur selten Kritiken, daher war es mir wichtig, Ihnen diese Rückmeldung ehrlich mitzuteilen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie diese Punkte ernst nehmen und künftig Verbesserungen vornehmen.
