Chattanooga Marriott Downtown

A meeting was hosted here and was able to utilize the M Club on a daily basis. Denise in the M Club always went above and beyond with outstanding service with an infectious smile that made the visit even better.

Breakfast and dinner were both amazing! Mama Trice was so sweet and we loved her. The room was very clean and convenient for our conference.

Marriott Chattanooga Downtown has a wonderful staff who make your stay pleasant and welcoming. Moma Trice was an excellent host at the restaurant.

I gave this a 4 star review only because of the temperature. All common rooms, including the bar and restaurant areas are very cold.

I would like to make special mention of a server in the restaurant by the name of Mama Trice. I met her during a stay in December 2025 and saw her again this month, January 2026. She immediately remembered me and made me feel as welcome as a warm cup of chocolate on a cold winter day. She is absolutely delightful. I truly look forward to seeing her again during my next visit to Chattanooga.

Caitlin, Autumn, and the iconic Mama provide awesome service along with the rest of the staff! In addition the food was great!

I have to give a shout-out to Kayla and her colleagues at the restaurant. They were so welcoming, which is appreciated when you are traveling. Good breakfast as well so thumbs up all the way around.

We've built lasting connections with the front desk, restaurant/bar, MClub, and market staff members who make every visit truly special. Feeling like family, everyone goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease. Denise Howard, the incomparable hostess with the mostess, shines brightly with her exceptional service, setting up the breakfast buffet with a warm and inviting smile that's simply the best!

I had breakfast upstairs. Single handedly the best service I have ever had! Ask for Moma Trice! She was incredible!!

Just finished a stay at the Marriott downtown in Chattanooga. What a great stay. The hotel is convenient to downtown, staff very accommodating and nice rooms. We are Marriott loyalty members so we had access to M-Club. Denise the M-Club hostess was exceptional. The atmosphere and food presentation was among the best we have seen at Marriotts around the world. We travel through Chattanooga frequently and will be back.

Not the largest M Club but the best! Decor was very well done. The hostess Denise was super and so was the food! Best overall!

I had a wonderful time, all working employees were extremely helpful and nice. The exclusive lounge was beautiful headed to tell properly cleaned Miss Dennise, Howard and Miss Jennifer were very lovely ladies to speak to and talk to while in there. I think they both went above and beyond for me!

Mama Trice was amazing! Such wonderful service and such a wonderful woman! We have her every time and ask for her! She is the best.

Quiet and very comfortable Marriott! The Club has complementary food and drinks! It was a wonderful experience!

Description was saying two queen beds, but we got two full beds.

The staff at breakfast was phenomenal, very sweet!
