Chattanooga Marriott Downtown

First the "good": Robyn in the lobby bar was fantastic as a concierge and bartender.

Now the "bad": There is no 'M' club that I would advertise; no seats, just snacks, coffee and sodas. No breakfast either. It was so minimal, my key failed and I did not bother to get it fixed.

Second "bad': If you are hosting a convention of hundreds of teenagers, don't sell to the general public. They will come to hate your hotel. Noise, elevator misuse, and general mayhem throughout. Sorry, won't be back....

The food was good and Mama Trice was wonderful!

Great hotel. Wonderful service at M Club, bar, and dining room. Denise, Jared, and Mama Trice made are stay very special. One negative, the coffee is terrible.

We had room service for breakfast. It was fast, hot, and delicious. The staff who delivered was so nice and efficient.

The hotel was good. The servers for breakfast were awesome. They put a smile on my face and made me feel well taken care of and blessed to be there. I would like to give a special callout tk Mama Trice. If you want to start your day off right, Make sure you stop by the 2nd floor! You wont regret it! Good food and good service!

We absolutely love mama trice down she made me feel like I was at home with family. My family also enjoyed the chef they took care of me and family as if we were their own. Any time we pass through We will always stop through to see mama trice.

The waiter Moma Trice was an excellent waiter, she was very helpful when we needed it and the service was very fast. She is a great waitress!

Martiott downtown Chattanooga
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and shops. There’s also s shuttle. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious food and friendly staff.

We came to Chattanooga to celebrate our daughters 2nd birthday at the Aquarium and selected the Marriott Downtown based on being a newer renovated product and close proximity. The arrival experience was warm and welcoming and Jonathon at the front desk was present for every interaction going forward.

They sent an adorable birthday amenity with a handwritten card from the staff. It was also our first night sleeping without a pack and play or crib and we were very impressed with how quiet and clean the rooms were with a toddler crawling around.

10/10 would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to town!

Location! This property is in the heart of Chattanooga Downtown area. The property is well kept; bed was comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was awesome! Codi at the front desk was helpful, kind, and warm in her welcome/check in. Annah with room service was professional, engaging, and friendly! Wonderful stay! Booked an hour before I got there and everything was ready/smooth.

“Moma Trice” was so kind to all of us and got our food out right on time. She was in such a great mood even for early in the morning.

I had a great stay at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown and would definitely return. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. On my first night, there was an extremely loud family in the room next to me that was screaming until around 2am. I called the front desk, and the staff member was incredibly understanding and accommodating. She moved me to another room in less than five minutes, which I really appreciated after a long travel day.

Another highlight was the gym — it was huge and had a wide variety of equipment. It’s one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen and perfect for anyone who likes to keep up with their workouts while traveling.

I also really enjoyed the food options available in the cafe and lobby area. There were plenty of choices for quick bites and meals, and the breakfast in the club lounge was especially great. It made mornings easy and convenient.

Overall, between the helpful staff, great amenities, and solid dining options, this hotel made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chattanooga.

Walking convenient to downtown. Very nicely decorated and food was great!

Kayla was a wonderful waitress and made sure we had everything we needed! Breakfast was delicious too.
