Autumn was a wonderful server, and Mama Trice is a fixture at the Marriott for a reason - she’s the best brand ambassador you’ve got!
Moma Trice is an amazing waitress. She has taken care of me and my company now for several years when we come back for Libertycon.

Great location for all things Chattanooga especially for going to a Chattanooga FC match. The M club is very well taken care of by Denise. She keeps the in top shape and is very friendly. Highly recommend the M club experience and the hotel overall.
Jocelyn helped us with a late breakfast order as we didn’t know the buffet closed at 10 during the week. She was helpful, kind, and didn’t make us feel bad for not knowing. We appreciate her!

The hotel was wonderful but the service was exceptional. When you eat the phenomenal breakfast, do yourself a favor and ask for mama Trice. Whatever she is getting paid, it's not enough. If love and connection were a person then
