If we could rate 100 stars for Mama Trice, we would. Great service, friendly personality, and kept our drinks topped off.

Moma Trice was a joy to meet. She brightened my day each morning at breakfast. Great to be around such good people!

Convention for train show. Room was not cleaned until we told them at 5pm. Then it was making the bed. Had to take toilet paper off the cart. Breakfast was horrible. Cold. Ran out of orange juice. Horrible experience.

BREAKFAST SERVICE WAS A KNOCKOUT! Sad that the M Club wasn’t open on the weekends but that all changed when they gave us coupons for breakfast and we met MOMA TRICE who served us with joy, happiness, attentive care and outstanding dedication.

Not a 5 star bc the place as a whole felt a little unclean 🫤

Don’t stay in the third floor music & bar noise is horrible. Hotel overall is ok we picked it because it’s connected to the convention center which was convenient. We booked a junior suite it had no view and the furniture & cabinets were dated. Lunch in the bar was good.
Not one of Marriott’s best, not the worst.

Caitlyn at the breakfast Buffett was so kind accommodating and helpful. We will absolutely return for her positive attitude and ability connect with visitors!!

Moma Trice was the best waitress I have ever had. She showed so much love and support to the soccer camp I was down here for. I was blown away, would recommend her to everyone.

Denise in the concierge lounge is awesome and makes the mornings brighter with her vibrant personality and infectious smile. The breakfast was fantastic with a nice variety of choices

Had breakfast at the hotel. Moma Trice was our server. One of the best and most special experiences for a 30 minute meal. She was kind, attentive, funny and just made us feel "when can we come back there?"

I love staying at this hotel when I am in town for business. It is easy to get to, front desk staff is great and the M Club is the best I have ever been to in all my travels. Denise “my Hostess with the Mostess” is fabulous. I love seeing her face every morning when I am in town. The food is always great and her hospitality is top notch. I also love visiting with Jennifer in the evenings. They both take good care of all of the M Club guests and make being away from home easier.

Over the last four mornings, my family and I enjoyed breakfast at the Marriott Chattanooga Downtown, and it was consistently fantastic. I ordered the chocolate chip pancakes every morning, and they were absolutely delicious—honestly, probably the best I’ve had. The flavor and quality were spot on, and they never disappointed.

The wait staff also truly enhanced the experience by their service. They were beyond attentive and helpful throughout our breakfast; they were kind, approachable, and consistently enthusiastic. It was clear they genuinely cared, and they were great with families.

A special shout out to Jocelyn, Trice, Autumn, Michael, Mama, and Caitlin for helping make our mornings so enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality and for going above and beyond—we really appreciated you.

Very nice, especially the staff! Mama Terece was especially gracious and kind. She went out of her way several times to make sure we had everything we needed and that we had a great time.

I am a frequent guest of this Marriott and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, their professionalism, attention to detail and their friendliness to hotel guests. Today, I’d like to specifically recognize Denise in the M club “the hostess with the mostest”. She approaches every day with a smile and consistently checks in to ensure we are enjoying our breakfast. She defines hospitality.!

Ice machines on our floor didnt work the whole weekbwe were there, going to bar to ask for ice seemed like a burden to the bartender... when it came to check out the front desk gentleman was not very helpful had to ask another front desk lady to help and even that felt like a bother to her.. heard better reviews at hotel bo will be going there next
