Chattanooga Marriott Downtown

Was clean, good food.

The room was very clean and spacious enough for one night. The breakfast the next morning was not included, but you got a lot of food for money. Our waitress Kayla was exceptional, as was the hotel lobby staff and our valet went above and beyond.

Mama Trice provided outstanding table service during our visit to Chattanooga. What a delight! She is a ray of sunshine.

She was absolutely amazing providing quick, attentive service while maintaining a warm, friendly, and professional personality. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stand out, and I always look forward to seeing her whenever I return. We had an outstanding experience at the Chattanooga Marriott Downtown, and the highlight of our visit was our server, Mona Trice. Mona was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was attentive without being intrusive, friendly without being overbearing, and genuinely made us feel welcome.

Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and professionalism truly stood out. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. It’s rare to find service that feels both personal and polished, but Mona delivered exactly that.

2nd time at this location. And I will encourage anyone to stay here. All the staff was pleasant and friendly. My room was always clean. But the breakfast was amazing! On my last day, several guests applauded Mrs. Denise Howard (Hostess with the mostest) and the Chefs (Dee Lo, Demetrius and Margorito). If anyone comes here, they will not be disappointed.

Ms. Denise in the lounge is the best! The food is great and always a welcoming environment. The lobby was busy walking in, but in a good way, as people were enjoying their time together.

The staff are simply amazing. The hotel is inaccurate a good location with easy access to highways and downtown. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Shout-out to Moma Trice and Miss Denice who always make my staybspecial!

The front desk staff, specifically Myla has been very helpful. She is exceptionally friendly and goes out of her way to make your stay very enjoyable.

Always top notch service. Amenities are awesome and the staff is incredible. Denise “the Hostess of the mostess!” Is always cheerful and takes care of her members!!

A meeting was hosted here and was able to utilize the M Club on a daily basis. Denise in the M Club always went above and beyond with outstanding service with an infectious smile that made the visit even better.

Breakfast and dinner were both amazing! Mama Trice was so sweet and we loved her. The room was very clean and convenient for our conference.

Marriott Chattanooga Downtown has a wonderful staff who make your stay pleasant and welcoming. Moma Trice was an excellent host at the restaurant.
