Great location! Good for a short stay!
Pros:

Great location for those coming off a cruise. Close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Very noisy inside. People are disputing with staff about service quality and air conditioning, and children are playing for extended periods in the hallway. Perhaps it was my bad luck, but the staff needs to be trained to handle complaining guests.

Cons:

USB haben nicht alle funktioniert und der Abfluss vom Lavabo war nicht der Schnellste ;-) Gemeldet, wird hoffentlich behoben.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, appreciated the upgrade to a higher floor. Valet was perfect, took the stress away. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, view was amazing. Great facilities on-site. Great location as well. Didn't need to Uber anywhere etc.

How long should we wait for check-in ?
Pros:

Hotel was right in the middle of City Area

Cons:

It took close to 30 to 40 mins to check-in.
We were told the computers were down. Then we were told our booking got canceled by a system Glitch.
This was terribly annoying. We've had a few to drink and we were asked to wait for the system to work again.
We were quoted $288 per night.
But then we were asked to book through 'booking.com'.....this was $319 per night.
It just seemed rather unprofessional the way we had to hang around the reception....waiting and waiting.
Bit sad by the whole experience. We didn't even stay the full night.

Beautiful and clean

It was clean and near the cruise terminal. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Enjoyed chocolate hour. It was a nice touch!
