A delightful location for visiting the harbor area of Auckland
Pros:

We chose a room with a harbor view and it was spectacular! The hotel restaurant is great.....The kitchen staff had an early breakfast ready for us on the day we went to Rotorua.

Great location! Good for a short stay!

Great location for those coming off a cruise. Close to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Very noisy inside. People are disputing with staff about service quality and air conditioning, and children are playing for extended periods in the hallway. Perhaps it was my bad luck, but the staff needs to be trained to handle complaining guests.
