It was a great stay!
Pros:

The staff was great and accomodating. They knew it was a birthday staycation and gave us a little welcome surprise when we arrived in the hotel.

Cons:

It was a little bit noisy especially because it was Friday going to the weekend.

A wonderful stay- loved the location and the staff were great.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and we had a great view of the harbor. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

Great location, staff and food - however I don't think this stay was worth the high cost.
Pros:

Location was excellent - close to everything I needed. Buffet breakfast was also high quality. Ease of check in and use of car valet made my experience easier.

Cons:

This is a 5 start hotel, but I felt that the room and facilities didn't reflect that. It felt a bit tired to me - particularly the bathroom. I left my experience not feeling like I received value for money. I also had a conference in the hotel - the staff and food were great, but the wifi was limited and my device continued to have connections issues. I spent time in the restaurant for a drink after the conference - this was good but the bathroom in here was really not up to standard.

No Wifi or mobile signal do not stay for business
Pros:

Location not bad

Cons:

The Wi-fi was non existent and poor mobile signal resulted in now way to make a business call in the hotel. I asked 4 times for support at reception but they were unable to sort it over our 2 day stay. Has to go to a bar to make calls. Appalling for a hotel in the business district.
