Well worth the cost, great location. Will come back.

Great staff and location but generally not worth it
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. Willing to work through every problem with a smile

Cons:

WiFi was cooked and despite the staffs best efforts, it couldn’t be resolved. I suspect there wasn’t much they could do about it. Queen rooms open direct to the lift lobby so don’t choose them. Rooms very pokey and bed has the customary divot on the side closest to the door.

ロケーションは最高です。スタッフもとても感じがよかった。フェリーにも近くて便利。周りにコンビニやカフェがある。朝食もおいしかった。

Beautiful surroundings and very happy, courteous staff.
Pros:

The hotel was tastefully decorated, and the room very cosy and welcoming. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant on the bight we arrived.

Cons:

Whilst the dimmed lighting was nice, it would be better to have the option to have full lighting at times such as packing. The lamp at my end of the room also stopped working (globe?) so I did most of my packing to leave in very poor light.

Room wasn’t ready at 3pm check in, had to wait 30 minutes, staff where great but I expected more bing 5 star Hotel

Great location - won't stay again though.
Pros:

Great location
They upgraded our room as there was a leak in the one allocated to us

Cons:

Room 1020 was right next to the service elevator so very noisy all night.
When I asked to move they said we couldn't and they said it would stop at 9pm which wasn't true.
We won't be staying here again.

Convenient, clean, comfortable & friendly
Pros:

Excellent location, and beautiful view of the water from our room on the 8th floor. Staff welcomed us weary travelers with kindness and fabulous service. Breakfast buffet in the hotel was fabulous.
