Por medio de la presente, deseo expresar mi total insatisfacción con la estadía en su establecimiento. A pesar de haber cancelado una noche anticipada para garantizar mi ingreso a las 7:00 a.m. (mucho antes del check-in de las 3:00 p.m.), el personal de recepción mostró una actitud pésima, obligándonos a esperar bajo el argumento de "preparar la habitación". Es inaudito que solo tras solicitar la devolución de mi dinero, las habitaciones aparecieran disponibles de inmediato.

Esta falta de ética profesional afectó gravemente a mi madre, una persona de la tercera edad, quien tuvo que padecer una espera innecesaria. Además, el hotel presenta deficiencias graves:
• Instalaciones: Deterioradas, con ascensores viejos y un ambiente sombrío que no corresponde al precio pagado.
• Habitaciones: Camas extremadamente duras e incómodas.
• Alimentación: Desayuno muy básico y deficiente.
El costo es excesivo para un lugar que no cumple con los estándares mínimos de hospitalidad.

A atención del personal de recepción

Cons:

No me gustó que al hacer la reserva no avisaba que la piscina y el restaurante no iban a estar disponibles para esas fechas, es importante recalcar esto ya que se pierde tiempo buscando un buen lugar para llegar al hotel y tener que cancelar porque básicamente el hotel no está disponible por otros eventos.
