A atención del personal de recepción

Cons:

No me gustó que al hacer la reserva no avisaba que la piscina y el restaurante no iban a estar disponibles para esas fechas, es importante recalcar esto ya que se pierde tiempo buscando un buen lugar para llegar al hotel y tener que cancelar porque básicamente el hotel no está disponible por otros eventos.

L'équipe et le personnel de l'hôtel ont toujours été prêts à m'aider au moment où j'en avais besoin. Ils ont toujours fait ma chambre avec beaucoup de soin pour mes affaires et mes objets personnels ainsi que pour la propreté de ma chambre.

Cons:

La piscine n'était pas trop propre pendant quelques jours, alors que l'hôtel est noté cinq étoiles. En plus de ceci, le petit-déjeuner était toujours le même. Je suis sûr qu'ils peuvent varier un peu plus les fruits et les offres pour le petit-déjeuner.
