除了設備及房屋老舊以及隔音不太好以外，基本上沒什麼缺點。
Pros:

地點位置很好，就在羅東夜市附近，也有配合的特約停車場，雖然需要排隊，但車輛流動很快，不需排太久。
房間床墊的軟硬度適中，蠻好睡的。

Cons:

與隔壁房間浴室的隔音很差，可以聽到隔壁房間浴室裡講話的聲音，尤其是洗澡時的水管路聲音，轟轟轟的很大聲。
冷氣機是窗形冷氣，開啟時聲音有點大，不過因為入住時是天氣涼爽，乾脆就把冷氣關了。

進到房間內就有霉味，廁所進去超臭也沒有拖鞋可穿地板都黏黏的，洗澡只有溫水當時氣溫才17度！跟櫃台告知只跟我說沒辦法太多人使用只能等晚一點再洗
