Pros:

Hotel je moc hezky umístěný, s hezkým výhledem. V hotelu luxusně vaří, úroveň gastronomie nás velmi mile překvapila. A personál je vstřícný, ochotný a moc milý.

Cons:

V koupelně bylo vypnuté topení, které nešlo zapnout a bylo nám tam chladno. Na pokojích byly sem tam pavučiny, ale to nám pobyt rozhodně nijak neovlivnilo.

Schöne Unterkunft, wer Abendessen der etwas gehobeneren Klasse möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Pros:

Die junge Dame am Empfang war sehr sehr zuvorkommend. Höflich, kundenorientiert. Ein zeitigeres Einchecken war ohne Probleme möglich.

Pros:

Výborný kuchař, jídlo opravdu srovnatelné s kuchyní ve Španělsku, nebo Francii, pokoje uspořádání jako dospělý hotel s minibarem. Skvělá snídaně, opravdu chutné věci. Takové potkávám spíše v zahraničí.

Cons:

Obsluha by se mohla chovat lépe je ve 21:00 za barem prohlašovat že doufají že půjdou brzo domů. Bylo by fajn se občas od kávovaru ohlédnout když se 20 minut snažím objednat 1 pivo po večeři. Chápu že je v družném rozhovoru s kolegyní kam půjdou pařit když je pátek. Ale nemusí mi říct že teda pivo dostanu ale je poslední. Takové chování hodinu před zavírací dobou a při večeři za 1400,- mi přijde trochu mimo mísu. Dále si pak člověk začne všímat detailů. Proč byla karafa kohoutkové vody na účtu za 80,- Napili jsme se třetinku. Proč ta samá karafa zůstala í na snídani s upitou třetinkou a to samé u dalšího stolu. Proč chybí dveře v koupelně na sprcháči. Proč chybí hlavice na topení, aby jsme si nepritopili v noci ? Ano bylo docela chladno. Druhá věc která mě opravdu dostala moje radost z minibarem se rozplývá jak pára nad hrncem. Lednička je vypnutá a víno teplé. Ráno opět obsluha ani netuší jak účtovat jedno víno z minibaru. Kazite si ty výborná jídla vším okolo. Je to škoda.
