Het voelde thuis
Pros:

Ik voelde me thuis, elke vraag werd beantwoord. Super vriendelijk, opletten als ik iets nodig had.

Consigliatissimo - se dovessi tornare a Zante so dove andare!
Pros:

Struttura vicinissima al centro di Laganas raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Nonostante ciò’ la sera la posizione è tranquilla e si riposa bene. Piscina molto carina e pulita, stanza grande, reception aperta 24h/24 ma in assoluto ringrazio lo staff per la cortesia dimostrata. Disponibile in loco un noleggio auto e un grande parcheggio dove poter lasciare l’auto senza impazzire per trovare un posto. Sono stata l’ultima cliente della stagione e sono stata salutata come si fa con una figlia. Grazie per aver reso la mia vacanza davvero piacevole.

Pros:

Piscina pulitissima, staff cordiale e disponibile.
Camere giuste un po vecchie come arredamento ma rapportato al prezzo va bene.
Pulizia delle camere eseguita giornalmente.
Cucina funzionale, sporche le stoviglie e posate ma nulla che una bella spugna e del sapone possano rimediare.
Consiglio l'acquisto del necessario nel negozietto a meno di 100mt

La porta anche se chiusa a chiave dall'interno si puo aprire con la chiave dall'esterno. Dunque le donne delle pulizie tutte le mattine entravano e ci svegliavano.
Consiglio di mettere un cartello fai da te con scritto di non disturbare!

Loud, mosquito riddled sleepless stay in a good location.

The location and the pool. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was no sponge or washing up liquid to wash the dishes although there is a sink. The linen had holes in it, the hair dryer caught up in flames immediately when I tried to use it, the towels had brown stain on it, overall looked dirty and unkempt. Extreme amount of noise came from neighbours and the street, arguments, screaming, shouting at 3am. We didn’t sleep at all for 4 nights, every night there were issues with this. The mosquitoes were eating us alive, we were fighting all night, every night with them so you can imagine the sleep quality we had. The reason we needed to open the doors because the air con. was directly above us so if we switched it on the cold air was blasting our heads. In theory there is a bar or buffet but we couldn’t buy anything because there was nobody there.
The cleaning lady ate our snack.

Pros:

Круто що є чистий басейн. Міняють рушники кожного дня. Можна придбати воду, ціна дещо вища ніж в магазині. Зручне розташування. Є балкон. В загальному дякуючи красі природи Закінтосу в загальному нам сподобалось.

Cons:

Інтернету не було зовсім. Брудно дуже. Не прибрано після ремонту. Каналізація забита. Вода з душу тече аж до кімнати. Погана звукоізоляція. Немає миючого до посуду та глибоких тарілок. Зверніть увагу цей острів забруднений сильно туристами та довкола готелю також багато сміття

Near the beach, free parking

Cons:

Lost note about lower floor, first room, no WiFi, second room, still on upper floor inspire of availability of ground floor units and clearly communicating willingness to pay additional. Both rooms needed a deep clean. Second room(6 nights), cabinets missing hardware, lighting missing shades, a bar of soap is not toiletries. The pool I was told closed at 20h. Frequently open later.

A szállás közel van a tengerparthoz, a személyzet barátságos, kedves volt. A szoba megfelelő méretű volt.

Cons:

Több pakolási lehetőség kellene (szekrények) bár mi csak három napra mentünk, erre pont elég volt.
