Amazing staff, perfect location, and very comfortable!
Pros:

The location was perfect, the setting was charming, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was amazing - and the staff went out of their way to ensure my time there was wonderful. I very much appreciated the attention to detail and even the lovely snack provided. I wish I had been able to stay longer. This was the end of my Taiwan adventure and it was PERFECT!!

Pros:

Water House had private hot tubs, spacious rooms and beds. The included breakfast was healthy, balanced and delicious!

Cons:

The rooms were a bit cold as we cracked the windows to allow steam from the bath to escape.

Pros:

The location is in the middle of the mountain, across of the park. The room is magnificent. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The onsen are superb. The breakfast is perfect.

Worth the money!
Pros:

The interior of the entire place is lovely. Especially the lanterns by the entrance.
The location was only a few minutes from Xing Beitou mrt station and right across the beautiful stream.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were two hair strands in the hot tub.

Breakfast room was a tad bit too loud and slightly dark.

Music was playing in the morning [we stayed overnight and wanted to sleep in].
