The front reception and the morning breakfast staff are very helpful and courteous.
Pros:

Very small but cosy and comfortable stay. The breakfast’s presentation is very delicate and it tastes fantastic. Good. 👍🏻

Cons:

The standard economy room that I have booked is too small. The layout is not friendly. Not enough walking space and not enough space to put our luggage bags.

A wonderful choice for relaxation; I thoroughly enjoyed both the public pools and the private tub

The property excels in its "Wabi-sabi" aesthetic—the trending industrial concrete style creates a truly Zen atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally hospitable; since I arrived before check-in, they kindly offered me access to the public pools while I waited. I also loved the room's view and comfort. As a coffee lover, I specifically appreciated the bar area being equipped with a gooseneck kettle and drip coffee—it’s rare to find the right tools for a proper hand-brew while traveling! The breakfast was also excellent.

Cons:

While the scenery at the public pools is lovely, the variation is limited to different water temperatures. I was personally hoping for more facilities like a sauna or steam room to round out the spa experience.

Amazing staff, perfect location, and very comfortable!
Pros:

The location was perfect, the setting was charming, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was amazing - and the staff went out of their way to ensure my time there was wonderful. I very much appreciated the attention to detail and even the lovely snack provided. I wish I had been able to stay longer. This was the end of my Taiwan adventure and it was PERFECT!!
