Einfach toll zum wohlfühlen und erholen, wir kommen gerne wieder

Vieles hat uns gefallen. Zunächst die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeiten.
Der nette Empfang und die Begrüßung, und zwar persönlich und namentlich
Sehr nettes Personal , sowohl die Bedienung im Speisesaal, als auch die Reinigungskraft und die Rezeption. Alle waren sehr freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Besonderen Dank an Jessica
Die Einrichtung ist sehr ausgefallen, jedoch außerordentlich harmonisch und einladend schön
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet (wir hatten eine Suite) und geräumig groß
Die Betten sind Mega gemütlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker. Es gab viel Angebot und alles war sehr nett angerichtet. Auswahl war perfekt zusammengestellt
Super leckerer Kaffee und frisches Obstwasser

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider ausgesprochen hellhörig
Wir haben die Dusche aus dem Zimmer über uns so stark gehört, mehr als unsere eigene Dusche
Jeder Schritt , jede Bedienung der Möbel war stark zu hören
Auch aus dem Treppenhaus war bei uns jeder Gang der Stufen zu hören

Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll, liebevoll und individuell gestaltetes Hotel. Zuvorkommendes und sehr freundliches Personal. Inmitten des kleinen Ortes Westkapelle lässt es sich gut in alle Richtungen ausströmen und die Meeresluft genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Denn nach dem Urlaub in Westkapelle ist vor dem Urlaub in Westkapelle.

Pros:

Ein gemütliches Zimmer mit großem Bett und guter Dusche. Kaffee und Tee sowie zwei Schokotäfelchen waren im Zimmer kostenfrei. Der Frühstücksraum könnte jederzeit zum Aufenthalt genutzt werden, auch dort gab es kostenlos Kaffee und Tee sowie Bier, Wen und andere Getränke,cdie man bei Abreise zählt. Das Hotel ist erst von 2019, also Recht neu und schön eingerichtet. Es liegt direkt am Markt neben Restaurants und einem nahegelegenen Spa. Und besonders attraktiv ist der Nähe Strand und Kreek- See. Westkapelle war in den Osterferien nicht so überlaufen und gut für entspannende Tage

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen auf dem Bett waren zwar zahlreich und es machte das Fernsehen sehr gemütlich,jedoch zum Schlafen fehlte dann ein flaches Kissen. Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig, so dass man den Fernseher des Nachbarn hören konnte.Aber ansonsten war es perfekt.

Sehr angenehmes freundliches Hotel mit top Lage und freundlichem Team.
Pros:

Das Hotel wird sehr liebevoll geführt. Den Gästen steht Kaffee und Tee im Frühstücksraum sowie auf dem Zimmer zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist ausgesprochen reichhaltig und mit vielen homemade Extras, wie z.B. leckeren Kuchen, Egg Muffins und frischen Obstsalat sehr abwechslungsreich.
Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Team ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, die mit 38 m2 auch sehr geräumig war. Allerdings gab es einfach keinen richtigen Schrank, nur eine offene Garderobe. So standen unsere persönlichen Dinge im Zimmer offen herum oder mussten in der Tasche bleiben.

Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich, das Frühstück ganz toll, das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir könnten jederzeit ein Heißgetränk nehmen und in dem hübschen Aufenthaltsraum Platz nehmen..Die Matratze war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist sehr zentral für Unternehmungen und der Strand ist ganz nah. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Het ontbijt was in orde en keuze genoeg ,vriendelijk ontvangen en voldoende uitleg over de accommodatie en omstreek , gratis parking en extra fietsberging waar je de fietsbatterij kan opladen en ‘s avonds op slot (dus veilig)

Gezellig hotel
Pros:

Leuk gezellig hotel. Wij logeerden in deluxe kamer. Ruim met alle voorzieningen. Koffie/the op de kamer. Vriendelijk onthaal. Ook na onze avondwandeling konden we nog even uitrusten in de ontbijtruimte met een heerlijk kopje koffie. Wij komen zeker terug om te fietsen in de omgeving. Ze hebben een afgesloten ruimte voor de fietsen. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader!
