Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. The staff at the DoubleTree Dallas Love Field truly set the standard for hospitality—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive in every interaction. From check-in to departure, everything felt seamless and welcoming.
The food was outstanding, far exceeding expectations, and consistently excellent throughout the stay. A special shout-out to the van drivers as well—they were punctual, friendly, and incredibly attentive, making transportation effortless and stress-free.
The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Every detail was handled with care, and it’s clear this team takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Car broken into. Hotel security camera was so crappy that they could not distinguish the license plate from the vehicle
Pros:

My vehicle was broken into in the parking lot of this hotel and their security camera quality was so bad that they could not get a clear picture of the getaway vehicles license plate, even though the rear of the vehicle and the license plate was in clear view. This hotel has a reputation for cars being broken into and vandalized

I will never stay here again.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport.

Cons:

The staff at the desk was rude and couldn’t be bothered. If they worked for me they would be fired. The air conditioner in my room blew hot air all night…the room was 85 degrees. The shower door leaked water out onto the floor. Premium rates for a non premium room and experience.

Comfortable and convenient location
Pros:

Beds are probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a hotel stay. Friendly staff, waters and warm cookies at arrival.

Great location and hotel
Pros:

Great location and hotel. It was much busier than I expected. Not overly noisy with the location being close to the airport. Didn't love my room but wished as a Diamond member a better room would have been available.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Being near an airport, this hotel was much nicer than I expected. It was clean and quiet and the rooms were nice. The location made our early morning flight out of Love Field very easy to do.

Pros:

It was a 15mins drive to downtown Dallas. My children were able to get rooms right next to us. Excellent front of house staff which made up for the other staff. The rooms were so spacious, the beds were super comfortable and the shower was super clean.
There was also good variety of menu items in the restaurant - We had lunch once with friends and everyone's food was good.

Cons:

The fact that it was so close to the airport, it could get pretty loud - Having said that, after a while it was like white noise :) Our room was in front of an ice machine so that place kind of had a damp smell but once I was in my room, I always forgot about it. I once found hair on my plate underneath my eggs as I was about to finish breakfast and when I informed the staff, he acted like I it wasn't a big deal and just took the plate away :O

Top notch service.
Pros:

My regular stop when in Dallas. Proximity to the airport is a huge plus, quick shuttle service and the rooms are always in top shape.
The added bonus here is the Sports Page bar. Felipe the bartender always remembers my drink of choice; Rosa, Evelyn, and Amber are not only pretty but attentive. Kudos to the manager.

I felt like I was on vacation
Pros:

Housekeeping, room service, front desk and restaurant were excellent made me feel like I was on a vacation but actually I was with my granddaughter who having a problem deciding whether she wants to have a pituitary tumor removed and I can’t convince her it’s best to take it out🙏

There was a lot of wasted space in the room. It didn't really feel warm and cozy but was nice and clean. I was disappointed there was no microwave.
